Cons:
its made my acne worse but my derm said it wud happen at first because it gets the bacteria out of ur immune system. i hope itll work.
Pros:
cleared acne. ( only for people with moderate to light acne) mine used to be horrible but then I got in under control with accutane than went on this
Pros:
Cleaned skin up for a few weeks.
Cons:
My body must be too used to it after a year and a half for it to work anymore. Every time I reduce my dosage I get a breakout worse than any I've experienced before. I finally decided that today I am going to stop taking it and try 'the regimen'.
Pros:
None.
Cons:
My 18 year old daughter developed autoimmune hepatitis as a result of taking Solodyn (minocycline) for 5 months.
Pros:
Cleared my skin in about two months. I went from having a new breakout everyday to maybe once a month if anything. Although scarred from 10 years of acne, my skin is much healthier and with regular use of retinA and a topical antibiotic.
Cons:
If you don't take this with food, you'll feel nauseous. This stinks if you don't have a set meal schedule but its not the end of the world.
Pros:
Kills bacteria in your skin, thereby kills acne.
Cons:
None.
Pros:
+ Worked for a few months
Cons:
- Takes forever to begin working
- Once you go off it everything comes back worse than ever before.
Pros:
It really does clear up acne IF you're consistent.
Cons:
I was using it for 5 yrs and found that if you stay on it too long, you will develop a reaction. I was severely burned from minor sun exposure, and my joints became stiff (almost like severe arthritis). & when u stop using it u break out like CRAZY!
Pros:
Somewhat effective against acne
Cons:
Upset stomach, can't take 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating, caused serious side effects for me
Pros:
Cleared me up completely
Cons:
once u stop it comes back
Pros:
none yet
