Pros:

i have just started using this since looking it up on this site, and it actually has made a difference in my skin. my skin feels smoother right after being washed, and is clearer by the morning. pimple sizes have reduced, and no new pimples yet!

Cons:

Temporarily irritates my skin a little after being washed, and makes it tight throughout the night so i cant smile or yawn. Doesnt make oily skin very dry.

Works great, not too dry skin, you start seeing results in at least 5 days. This product actually seems to be working for me, hopefully it will a life long product that can help.

Pros:

The cleanser is real good, It makes your skin soft and it helps control some acne.

Cons:

After using it for a month or longer it doesn't work, Your skin gets red and it does get somewhat flaky.

I believe you can go to wal-mart and get something more affordable and work just as good!!!!!!

Pros:

My skin looked a little clearer the next morning after first use
Doesn't really make my skin feel dry

Cons:

My acne has actually gotten worse. I've read in the reviews that others have also gotten the big red bumps, mine are on my cheeks, my skin was never like that before

Right now I'm thinking about quitting it. I'm going to reduce the applications to once a day and if I still get the red bumps I'm going to discontinue use. I'm not sure if the product is just too harsh for my skin type, it's just strange that other people have had the same problem, maybe it's a reaction to something in the cleansers.

Pros:

I tried everything to get rid of my acne, proactive, murad, neutrogena, diffirin gel, etc. After years of embarrassment i gave up and tried the cheap stuff for the hell of it. and a MIRACLE happened. I have never had such clear, smooth, skin before

Cons:

The facewash and pads are ALL u need, morning and night, ! the spot gel makes ur skin drier and breakout more for some reason. the first month you use it it makes ur skin slightly dry, but not peeley, and noticeable

I would still be struggling with horrible acne if it weren't for this product. It changed my life so much that i felt i actually had to google it and write a review which i have never done. If you have tested everything and nothing worked, i would give this product a try. For the first time in 8 yrs i can step outside without makeup on bc i feel confident and proud of my skin and actually get compliments on how smooth it is. i have been using this product for 8 mos consistently day and night, and don't plan on stopping

Pros:

i just started using it like 4 days ago and my skin is a tiny bit smooth.

Cons:

it makes it really itchy after you use it and it gets rid of small pimples not that much withBIG ones. i'll see after a month if its good or not worth it.

i think that its working for my skin. the only thing that works for me is the toner and the mask thing. my forehead has LOTS of pimples and when i first starting using it , it took away the small bumps but kept the big red ones that hurt. i think you should try it cuz it may work for some skin types or maybe it wont. after a month i'm gonna see if its been working good on my skin or if its not worth the money at all.

Pros:

Cleared up spots quickly and effectively.

Cons:

A bit of irritation and soreness - but hey spots or dry skin? It wasn't a difficult choice.

The best product I have used. Drys out your skin and has reduced my spots amazingly. I am 100% happy with this and the little side effect of dry skin....who cares - moisturise.

Pros:

Works very well very fast. Eliminates white heads immediately, and clears cysitc acne over a short period of time

Cons:

Burns face, may cause rash, turns face red...if skin is sensitive?

Alright...all you have to do is use this product in moderation. If its to strong cut back to once evry other day, and if thats to strong then find out what works for you....bottom line, this stuff works and now its cheaper then ever.. I use step one every day and the toner and lotion on troubled spots on my cheeks and it works wonerfully...good luck everyone

Pros:

It works. It got rid of my big red painful pimple in 2 days.

Cons:

The bottle could have more for the price. What people don't realise is a little goes a long way.

A little goes a long way with this product. If you use too much then you will run out faster. My painful pimple that started on thursday hurt so bad wicked bad. Then I bought the product and on friday it was a little smaller, and saterday more small, by Sunday it was not there anymore.

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
