Worked 100 x better thhan proactive
I wash my face with slightly diluted vinegar every day. It cleared up my acne in 2 weeks. I tried proactive b4 and it only made my acne worse. I have lots of blackheads and oily skin. I would pick at my acne and it was badddd. All over my face. So hot water and vinegar scrub it in, let it sit on ur face 5 min. Rinse. I also do 1x week baking soda scrub on my face. Makes my skin fresh and soft. I tried lots of acne medications and none did anything. But this vinegar is a lifesaver.

Amazing!
I've had acne since I was 11-12 (I'm 19 now) & I've tried all sorts of over the counter cleansers, astringents etc. I started going to the dermatologist a few years ago & was put on tetracycline tablets & deriva c gel. They controlled my acne a little but I still got some pretty bad breakouts from time to time. I got taken off the tablets (but I am currently still on deriva c) about a year ago & after a while my acne came back. No matter what I tried, my face always had at least 3-4 stubborn & painful pimples. I tried using lemon juice for a bit & it did help with some scars & controlled some acne but then I couldn't find any real lemons where I live so I went back to just the deriva c. Anyway, flash forward to months later, I realised I was starting university & didn't want to have to meet new people & have the first thing they thought about me being about my horrible acne. I started looking up different remedies & came across so many positive reviews about apple cider vinegar. I was a bit skeptical at first since everything I'd tried in the past only kind of worked for me & still left me with pimples. I gave it a try thinking I had nothing to lose. I mixed about half water, half acv (I use the Heinz filtered brand) in a bowl & used a cotton ball to rub it on my face. After 5 days, I saw a huge difference in my skin! My acne was going down & my skin was glowing. I decided to up the ante & I started drinking 2-3 tbs diluted in a glass of water twice a day. I've been doing this for almost a month now & I am so impressed with the good results! I currently only have 1 pimple on my face (it was sort of a cyst & took around a week to finally go down) but I consider that a win compared to the 3+ huge red ones I usually had. Also, I have been doing a brown sugar scrub almost every night (I get lazy with it sometimes) but it has helped in making my skin really soft & getting rid of the dry patches I sometimes get from acv. I still have really bad red marks on my face that I'm trying to get rid of, but I do highly recommend using this as a toner & drinking as a tonic to anyone desperate to get rid of acne. It may not work for all but it's worth trying.

Pros:

- Makes skin shine
- Reduces pimple size in just hours!
- Makes skin tone look overall cleaner and nicer.

Cons:

- Getting in your eye = OUCH!!!

I've only been using this around three days now. At first I was using the cheap store brand filtered ones, they weren't organic and didn't work too well. Then I figured to suck it up and pay the extra cash to try the Braggs Organic ACV out. I'm definitely glad I did :). I've been using this in a spray bottle for a couple days now and see an improvement on all of my pimples. I took photos to see the before and after difference and Im liking what i see so far :). Fingers crossed that this keeps working!! Go give it a try. I don't dilute it, i must not have sensitive skin. It only tingles a bit when you put it on which is normal as it's cleaning out bacteria on your face. I actually don't mind the smell but I wouldn't go out right after using it lol. I also mix in a teaspoon into water to drink once in awhile if I feel like it. Also i recommend getting this at GNC. I signed up for a gold card, got 20% off on two 32 Oz bottles and the second came half price.

Pros:

My skin feels really smooth, lighter, healthier, glowing, prevent breakouts, Reduce the oil, and CHEAP :)

Cons:

Smells so strong, but I got used to it.

This is the BEST treatment i've ever had. The result is AMAZING! I used to have low self-esteem because of my acne problem. I have problem with acne since I was in middle school, now I am a junior in college, I tried so MANY different stuff, and nothing works. I went to at least 5 different dermatologists and still didn't work. ACV is the answer. Now, I feel Great about my skin :) I use it before I go to bed and wash it in the morning. Everyone should give it a try!

Pros:

- Clears acne deep down the skin
- Immediately reduces cyst pain
- Dries pimples and quickens healing process
- Adds a beautiful glow to the skin

Cons:

- Powerful smell (though I don't mind)
- Dries the skin a little (small price to pay)

I always had beautiful skin until about 3 months ago when I started getingt pimples at the jaw lines and suddenly my forehead exploded overnight a month and a half ago. I used lots of home remedies (not consistently), a couple of products (a night gel and salicylic acid) but the salicylic acid REALLY dried my skin and I still got more pimples so I stopped using it. I started using ACV consitently 3 days ago, and man I am happy I did. I mix rose water and ACV 50:50 and I dab it on my skin with a cotton ball (You could also hold it gently over a certain area for just a few seconds) 2-3 times a day. Now don't get discouraged if you see more visible pimples because it's how it works. It brings out all the clogged pimples that are hiding under your skin preparing to attack anyday and it kills everything from deep down to the top which makes them dry and scab. Those intense acne pimples will produce the white stuff shortly after and they will go away quickly. Listen, try this, be consistent, give it a week or two and I promise you that you'll see a profound difference and you'll be on your way to reclaim your beautiful natural skin. Cheers from a third world country!

Pros:

Like a magic cure-all for skin problems and a million other things, AND it is safe for pregnant ladies suffering from hormone-induced acne!

Cons:

No significant ones! Luckily, I enjoy the smell + taste of vinegar, but you might not. It stings a tiny bit on your skin, but unless you are a TOTAL wuss, this is much better than having acne. I think it feels kind of tingly and nice :)

Since getting pregnant I have been suffering from hormone-induced acne-- and I thought I would be all glowing and pretty!! I was afraid to use anything chemical to treat it so I figured "Hey, apple cider vinegar cures EVERYTHING, right? I'll try that!" I read the recommendations to dilute it, but ignored all that and just applied it directly all over my freshly washed face, and then swallowed a few swigs. It tingled and stung my skin a little bit, but my skin felt really smooth and healthy when it dried. The next day, all of my acne was GONE except for a few of the larger bumps (which had significantly dried and gotten smaller).... wow, talk about a miracle cure, eh? So yes, I HIGHLY recommend apple cider vinegar for treating acne, and it also works for eczema, allergies, stomach/bowel issues, and a million other things. I ONLY use Braggs brand raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar complete with "mother of vinegar" in it. Quality is very important for certa

ACV saved my skin!
I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager I am 21 now. I have tried everything and all the products out there have been expensive and either damaged my skin or didn't improve it much. I recently bought my first bottle of organic ACV and was curious of what to use it for. I knew it was great for cleaning but I also saw a thing on its use a toner. I followed the instructions and started using the toner twice a day. Well after about two weeks my skin cleared completely up. I haven't had skin this clear since before puberty! Best thing is ACV is cheap and making toner is super easy. Just a 2:1 ratio with distillers water! I'm so happy I found something that works

My routine: Wash with African black soap. Apply ACV on face and chest Wait to dry then put a mix of powder and cornstarch on Use tooth paste as a spot treatment for large pimples Do this every night before bed I had bad acne it was depressing now I've been getting hit on a lot , and can see my real skin not all those bumps
