Pros:

Helps to manage my really bad cyst acne (used along with Differin as the topical application)

Cons:

Bigger breast (don't really need),add me 3k (though I'm playing volley and badminton nearly everyday),scary side effects I've been reading (esp. after stopping Diane) and the fact that it's a BCP (I don't really want to take a BCP in the first place)

My cystic breakout make me looked like I've been splashed with acid (red, flaky, etc). My derm pres. Diane 35 and sampling of Differin. I didn't encounter any depressions, headache or morning sickness, which is good. But,it makes me more susceptible to joint injury (like spraining my wrist while I'm driving...freaky!) but then, maybe it's just me. Anyway, I hope to stop taking Diane 35 in another 3 months, and hopefully Differin could help combat my acne to the roots as informed by my derm. I really hope this works for me. I used to take Accutane, but it makes my body sick and I can't be exposed to the sun (which where I'm living it's not really practical-Malaysia). Hopes to also see the scar fades away (I'm using Bodyshop Vit C Skin Booster + Vit E combo, hopefully it works)

Pros:

it made my period short and very precise in frequency. Made my boobs bigger?

Cons:

HUGE amount of weight gain in short period of time!!

I gained almost 20 pounds in a month! I am a naturally very slender girl, and before i started taking this i was about 105 pounds. After one month of Diane 35, I gained 18 pounds, went from a small A to a mid-B cup size, and was scared sh*tless. My mom blamed it on puberty, but i switched to Alesse and i lost about 10 pounds. My boobs decreased slightly as well (sigh). I saw no change in my skin whatsoever, but it was beneficial for my body i guess. I now have an actual figure instead of a stick-like shape.

Pros:

It`s birth control-and controls acne

Cons:

Headaches constantly-bloating-weight gain-breast tenderness (extreme to where I have to hold them going down stairs)-seems to dry my skin out-extreme constipation-mood swings

Have been on it for 3 yrs. I am sick of it and switching to alesse. It`s liek I am PMSìng 3 weeks a month. The only time I feel a bit better is while I have my 7 days off (period)

Pros:

Not sure

Cons:

My face look like a battle field, weight is the same, tender breast, morning sickness, mood swings and stinky pee.

I was wondering about the stinky pee because I don't eat meat but, this only started when I started taking Diane 35. When my pack is up and I am waiting for my period to start no stinky pee so it has to be the pill. I can understand the loss of appetite and mood swings I have been reprimanded at my job for flipping out and my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy. So I believe I will be looking for something a lot more stable. Dam why do ya'll pay so much for these pills (GEE Willie)!

Pros:

bumps on my forehead went away, skin less oily, skin smoother

Cons:

Only on it for 1.5 months and I have to say that my face got worse. Bad moods, easily angered, not sure if thats just me though, lol. I'm hoping it will clear up. I will post another note in a few weeks with an update.

I am giving it a chance, I hope it starts to work soon, I've been struggling with acne for too long! However, i am glad there is something out there to help the problem, I always try to remember that.

Pros:

acne cysts started disappearing after 12 days of use (still acne marks however), increased breast size, high libido! no more mood swings

Cons:

first week adjusting to the hormone change was hard. mood swings, wanting to cry, irritable, easily angered, was some of the symptoms.

im going to keep using it since i've used everything else in the past. this seems to be working though, i haven't had any new acne or cysts, just one or two whiteheads that disappear just as quickly. not as oily as well.

Pros:

It cleared up my skin and decreased the amount of oil in about a month of taking it. My periods aren't as heavy and are always on schedule.

Cons:

I workout 3-4 times a week and eat healthy but I have gained weight in my hips with 2 months of taking Diane. In addition, my breasts have grown considerably.

I'd rather have some acne than be 10lbs fatter and have over-sized breasts. So not worth it!
