Pros:

It actually works - I was using Tazorac with little success. Once I switched to this, there was a rapid difference.

Cons:

Leaves face looking oily - if you use right before bedtime, not a big deal.

I use 3 medications - Ziana at night, Rosula NS pads in the morning, and 1 tablet of Doxycycline (100mg) a day - with this combination, my skin has been much improved. It's not perfect - I'll get a zit here and there - it's so much better than it was about a year ago.

Pros:

Ziana didn't start working for me for about a month, but when it started working it worked really well, i will get a few random pimples here and there especially when menstruating but not nearly as many as i used to get.

Cons:

I am afraid that after using it for a year my skin will become immune to it.

I still get a few random pimples around my period but other than that the produst works great!

Pros:

I'm not really getting a new ance.

Cons:

My face is a little red (not bad though). A little expensive.

I was so scared to try Ziana the first night because of some of the stuff I read on the computer..It's only been about 2 weeks of using it so far, but I think it is slowly starting to work. Hopefully I wont break out anymore!

Pros:

Cleared some acne

Cons:

Made me break out by my side burns and a few pimples here and their.

I have moderate acne not like cystic but i get like 5-10 average sized then small ones by my forehead and chin. I got ziana gel subscribed by my doctor and he told me it takes 1 month to work but idk its been like 2 1/2 weeks and i dont see to many improvements. I used Oil-Free Moisture from Neutrogena in the shower(once a day) And i have used every type of acne cream, i am still afraid of accutane and other pills. Facewash i really only use soap or Neutrogena wash with like beads, its weird.

Pros:

None yet, other than the fact that where I dont and never have had acne, blemishes or cyst my face appears more youthful. Being in my late 20's that counts since im starting to get very very fine lines.

Cons:

I have been using the product for about three weeks and I have been getting more cystic type acne with the yellow green puss on top, which really grosses me out. My face literally hurts. I get constant critisism from people with perfect skin.

I am still hopeful that this medication will work. I will be getting married next year and it would really be horrible if I still had acne. I never had acne until about 3 years ago and progresively has got worst. I am taking a combination of Doryx and Zyana. I hope this does work. I unlike many of the reviews I have read don't get dry skin or redness. My only negative symptom are more breakouts, which is what Im trying to get rid of. My face has never looked worst in. I would normally just get cyst close to my mestual cycle whereas now I get a new cyst with puss almost daily. I wash my face three times daily since the medication makes my face oily in the areas where I dont have acne. My Doctor has given me high hopes with this medication as he previosly prescribed tazorac and benzaclyn which where terribly harsh on my skin and was highly allergic to them.

Pros:

Clears up acne fast! Leaves skin smooth and goes a long way.

Cons:

Price and can make skin oily if you don't use a "pea size" amount

I use Ziana along with Azelex for those nasty blemishes that surface every now and then. By the next day the pimple is gone with no redness or scar! I have been using this product for about a year and I'm still using the same tube. I did pay a hefty price for Ziana, however, it does last a lifetime.

Pros:

Great product, worked for in about 2 1/2 weeks, acne and my oily uneven skin is gone.

Cons:

no cons really, i paid fifteen dollars for a big tube that lasts you forever if you just use a pea size

bottom line is if you has moderate or lightly serve ance like i did you need to get this gel, it works fabulous on my skin !

Pros:

Works! Best stuff I've ever used. Takes a couple weeks, and then perfectly clear skin. Better than anything I have EVER used... and I've used EVERYTHING.

Cons:

Too darn expensive. No insurance coverage over a certain age.. I think it's like 34 or 37. This is MY insur company... your co might be different. When I had coverage, I paid $15. Otherwise... it's like $250.

If your insur covers, GET IT! If not, you better be rich.
