Fillers can turn the face into a mess, which is what happened to me. I'd suggest you look at Mr. Matt's old posts. He did a lot of chemical peels.

I think subcision and suction is underrated in this forum. That's what I'd like to try. Also why is there so little talk about chemical peels? Mr. Matt swore by them.

For the uninitiated, my face in certain light looks like a road full of pot holes. It actually looks the most like that at my gym.  Years of filling individual scars slowly made my skin...

Based on Mr. Matt's routine, maybe peels will help, the kind where the upper layer cracks and comes off like a snake's skin. I noticed it's not one of the treatments she tried.

I'd be wary of fillers. Your face is overall smooth. Any rethering of your face after subcision will cause the filler to spread to unscarred areas. That will make your face lumpy.
