Not sure how to word this, but Im 26 and throughout my younger life particularly I had severe acne. I still have some now but not to the same level. I have been left with quite a bit of scarring though and theres one particular that is soul destroying and Ive no idea how to hide it or what sort of treatment there could be. Ive taken some pics to try and show it under different lighting, theyre not the best quality but I hope it can be made out. The sideways V shape thing.

As well as this, its not super easy to make out in the pics but I have really large and scarred pores, which again make it so hard to go out without feeling disgustingly ugly. Ive no idea where to begin in covering them or treatment so sorry if this is a bit of a vague post, but its really bringing me down, I hate going outside, I feel incredibly ugly and self conscious and would really like some advice on what I can do. I have been diagnosed with depression and this is a major part of what makes me feel down. Any help would mean a lot. Thanks!
It's not ugly at all. Stop beating yourself up over this.
Sounds like you are seeing a therapist, which is good. Continue to talk to him or her.
Make a game plan. Start talking to dermatologists and plastic surgeons to see what options you have. I'd be wary of fillers, though.
