tetracyclines and accutane can lead to increased pressure on the brain or possible pseudotumor cerebri. Your derm should know this. I have to be off doxy for a week before I start accutane.

I'd take the antibiotics, you can get nasty problems really quickly if you don't treat utis. Quick 10 days on amox and you'll be golden.
