There aren't any long term studies done on alcohol and Accutane so it's at your own risk. Short term I don't see a problem. Your monthly blood tests will catcth anything wrong.

I forgot my 1st course as it was awhile ago but I beleive 6 months with starting 10, 20, than 40. 2nd course was 5 months going 20 than 40. Never went above 40 due to the side effects being to severe.
