So are you guys recommending the flush free kind or the flush kind? The guy that made this thread said to not get the flush free, but everyone's talking about the flush free??

To the people who have used this.. what has niacin done for your red marks?

I was thinking about taking my 50mg of zinc and I was going to look the for the recommended 500mg of niacin.. good or bad? I weight like 170.

I take 50mg of zinc a day.. would it be ok to include this aswell, or take it alone? Also, what has this done to people with acne scars or red acne marks? I have lots of red acne marks. Will it help?

That's why I asked if you read it. You're supposed to blend/juice the 4-5 pineapples into smoothies and drink nothing but pure pineapple smoothies a day for three days.
