Yeah, I remember eating soaked almonds. Nice and soft, and taste great too.

What about pistachios? I bought some without the shell and only ate a handful and wanted to make sure they were safe. lol.

Oh, and about the rolled oats, are they in the soy/gluten category or anything like that that's bad for acne? I down mouthfuls of Quaker Oats plain kind and they don't taste too good, but they keep me full.

another edit.... Do you eat avocado raw or what do you do with it? How does it taste? I've never had it before.

i also wonder if one should soak raw pistachios that come in shells? b/c they get really soft as they absorb water pretty well. Anyone know about this?

also what about soaking pumpkin seeds with no shells?

rolled oats, the quaker brand, i believe are contaminated wiht gluten so they aren't too good. Like someone else recommended, go with steel cut from Bob's Red Mill>>> they got the Gluten Free kind that are Best for Optimal Health Benefits from what i've heard.

And Avocado is GREAT. It has a GRAND Taste. Creamy and soft. You should def. try it. Don't go another day without. They are ripe when soft.

Eat it with sweet potatoe chunks or cayenne pepper or garlic or anything else that's good for you. Just slice it open and carve out the goodness. Great source of healthy fats. It's truly wonderful. I have at least half of one a day.

Question about the Pineapple fast>?? when it says pineapple smoothie, what does that entail exactly>>?? pineapple and other things or just plain pineapple? and what should i eat from the pinapple when i blend it> it wasn't clear to me>>>>

also, where do u get the 25 lb bag of gluten free steel cut oats? can you post a link>?

Yeah, Pineapple fast means just the 3-5 pineapples, nothing else added. Drink 12-15 blended pineapples in all for 3 days, nothing else..(3-5 a day, as stated above.)

I'm most likely gunna buy a bunch of pineapples tomorrow and not cut them up/drink until after tomorrow, to let them ripen. After the 3-day fast, I'll let you guys know my results.

PS you never answered if I should eat avacade raw/if there's another way to eat them.

i don't know what you mean by RAW?

what does raw entail?

But you should eat an avocado however you want it, just make sure it's ripe, and it's ripe when it's SOFT.

You cut it in half and scoop out the half that doesn't contain the pit first. THen if you like it go to the other half or save the pitted half for later.

OH yeah, definitely keep us posted on the results of the pineapple fast>>> i'm thinking about giving it a try on wednesday as ALDI's has pineapples on sale for $1.25 or some good price like that.

Yeah, RAW = just a plain pineapple. When you cut it up and throw it into a blender, throw the core in there as well.

BTW, I heard how ALDI's had them for like 1.25-1.50, but whatever, I'm happy I finally got them. I got 14 of them for 1.99 each. (They're pretty big too.) I bought mines at BJ's.

sorry, idk about the pistachios though.
