I've been using it now for a couple of weeks and I like it so far. I've seen a lot of improvement and I have really, really, dark marks. Here's my review on it here and how I use it:

I've been using tretinoin for 2 years now and I don't see much improvement in my scarring with it. :/

I don't think it's that noticeable. Perhaps you need to exfoliate then apply a good night cream and use a good day time moisturizer to get rid of the dry skin but I think your skin looks great. 🙂

Maybe try the basal body temperature birth control method. This method has to be followed very carefully in order to be effective.

Drinking alcohol? I wouldn't recommend it. Drinking alcohol can dehydrate you and that's the last thing you want while on accutane.
