Why when doint treatment like lasers and fraxel is dark skin and asian skin a problem? I understand dark skin may have pigment complications but what about asian skin? whats the worry?

I was wondering if fillers like restylane or fat injections for rolling scars would be a bad idea while on a low dose of accutane.

It looks like the cost of fraxel treatments has really come down. $700 a treatment? Not so long ago I remember each treatment was over $1000.

I have a question if fraxel is fractional, therefore taking time to treat scars. Why do people not spot treat with a laser? or does this not work?
