This isn't a direct answer to the question, but have you actually looked at the regimen details? I take it that's what your doing, it's very simple.

If your skin is accustomed to BP, if you are confident that your skin will accept it and not cause you pain then go for it, there is no harm

Are you using BP, or on the regimen? If you are then that would be the cause, when I used BP, my inner cheeks would suffer the worst from what you described. I have not used BP in almost 2 weeks now...

Dryness is normal with the BP! I don't think dans cleanser is drying you out, It's probably just down to how the cleanser removed any product off your face, so it would be quite dry with no moisturis...
