I have Clean n Clear 3-in-1 Advantage Exfoliating Cleanser, 5% BP.

I have Cetaphil oil Control Derma Foam Wash

I have Cetaphil Oil control moisturizer with SPF 30.

In what order do I apply these, and do I need the Clean n Clear if I already have the foam wash or what?

Have you used Cetaphil before? I never advise buying two Cetaphil products unless you know you're not one of the many that break out in whiteheads from the pore clogging ingredients it uses.

Cleanser is first, then sunscreen, then moisturizer. Do not use any acne medication without sunscreen. You will be asking for dark spots and scars.

This isn't a direct answer to the question, but have you actually looked at the regimen details? I take it that's what your doing, it's very simple.

Well I wouldn't say what you're doing is quite the regimen albeit if I were using those products I would cleanse (using the foaming wash) then apply your moisturiser. Use the exfoliating cleanser every 3 days instead of the foaming cleanser.

This isn't really the regimen due to the fact that the BP within the cleanser will be washed off, so it's not really penetrating the skin enough to keep you consistently clear.
