if there is indentation or fat loss they are permanent, shallow icepicks and boxcar can be treated easily but rolling scars in general are permanent .. as they can only be made less visible but cant b...

subcision + laser or subcision + rf needling .... ..u will need 3-4 sessions but they will definitely improve the look of this scars .. scar will always be there but they wont bother u .. good luck ...

not every thing has a rule dude ... just go do subcision and quit smoking

red marks are not scars .. once redness goes ur skin looks normal .. scars are forever (generally)

there is no rule .. if u r exercising daily and sweating .. and avoiding the sun ,, within few months else nobody knows

every fucking day .. but i have a family to support .. just try to see the world and appreciate the beauty ... i know its so fucking hard but ....

once redness and pimples subsides u will look fine . and please go to derm before its late . i did the same mistake ..
