hi asafaa , this is a site for people with REALacneproblems , the reason why nobody give u an answer for a little bit red nose is because nobody know ... lol seriously ?, a little bit red nose...

Ur little bit redness can be caused from cold maybe or smth like that , there can be a lot reasons from cold to an allergic reaction

BUT ur nose looks very normal , redness will dissapear soon im sure , if ur "problem persist " come back after 3-4 weeks , hope that help you
