I haven't changed my diet on accutane much. I avoid dairy because I know it breaks me out but that's about it. Honestly I think accutane is so powerful it doesn't matter what you eat.

I'm on 60 mg a day and my face also stopped being dry unless I wash it more than once ever two days. It's normal. Your face goes through stages. It's not oily so that's what counts!
