Seconding that 100 mg is way too much. Derm should have been conservative and started you out at 20 and slowly bumped it up from there. I'd seek a second opinion.

I would go see a derm and ask if it's appropriate to get a cortisone injection. The one by your mouth looks like a nodule or cyst, and a diluted injection will completely take it away.
