Diet can play a big part - I have been suffering since 17 and diet was the one thing that helped (although don't get me wrong it did not get me clear)

I cut out artificial sugars like sweets, cakes and chocolate. I cut out Alcohol and also stopped eating Junk food.

Got to add though I have ended up on Accutane at 21 just because nothing seemed to get rid of it properly.

Did the accutane clear your skin?
