Hi guys, I'm new to this site and I just found it after researching acne scars.
I ask for your help with treatment recommendations for my scars, I also don't know what types they are.
I live in Italy, and so far I haven't found a very reliable doctor. If there is anyone who knows a doctor in Italy, I would be happy if they recommended it to me.

I don't know a doc in Italy. But...
You are still breaking out, which means you're still scarring. Most important is to stop that so you prevent any future scars. In fact, you can't do scar repair unless you're not breaking out.
Get yourself clear first. I recommend The Regimen. And then you can look into scar repair.
