Doesn't look too bad to me. My 2 cents:

What if you just focused on the couple that are deeper and closer to the front of your face, on the right side of your mouth. You could tackle them with subcision and then with fractional laser + PRP or microneedling + PRP for a bunch of sessions. Or perhaps a little filler could do the trick on those. I personally like the idea of analogous fat transer (your own fat).Then just be happy and don't worry to much about the rest.

Also, I can't quite tell, but are you actively breaking out at all still? You definitely want to prevent future scarring first and foremost.
