You have what is called rolling scars and since they are only 2-3 months old time is of the essence. I would go for Subcision + manual microneedling by an experienced physician 4-6 treatments spaced 4-8 weeks apart. I would probably stay away from lasers as they could scar you worse with your skin tone and with rolling scars, they are a waste of money. Where are you located and are you able to travel for better physician?
If I were you I would only pay for subcision and micro needling. Co2 is not going to improve your type of scars and has a significant chance to make them worse, especially given your skin tone. Dermabrasion could improve your scars but also has a significant chance of making them worse, especially if not done in the right hands. Dermabrasion also has about a year before your skin tone will return to normal ( if it doesnt scar) As a woman, your best option is to do subcision, micro needling, and use make up. Your scars are not very bad and with treatment and makeup they should become unnoticeable. You do not want to risk making mild-moderate scars worse by paying for risky and/or ineffective procedures. PRP will not harm you, but is a waste of money.
