Let me know what do you guys think, I've undergone various treatments such as (Taylor Liberator, Fat Grafting, and CO2 Laser, all in a single session). However, it's been a year, and unfortunately, I haven't seen even 1% improvement.
The dermatologist who administered these treatments is now recommending another round, including (Subcision, Fat Grafting, CO2 Laser, and Erbium Glass, all in one session).
Let me know what you guys suggest, considering the lack of improvement from the previous costly treatments, I'm uncertain about proceeding with these recommendations.
On the other hand, I'm contemplating saving some money to fly to Denmark and consult with Dr. Emil. What do you guys suggest in this situation?
*The attached images showcase my right cheek under different lighting conditions. I also have scars on my left cheek and forehead, and I'll share images taken in harsh lighting soon.*
It looks like you have experienced some serious collagen loss. Acne scars can be seriously difficult to treat, as you have noticed, particularly when there's that much collagen loss.
Often, multiple sessions of treatment are required, but what concerns me is that you're saying you noticed no improvement whatsoever from the first treatment. Are you sure there's no improvement at all?

Yes, @dan. Let me post some before and after the treatment for you.
I can't seem to rearrange the images, they got all messed up and aligned incorrectly on its own. So, now the first two pics are a month after the treatment, and the third one is how things looked before. You can see the after results in the first post.
Maybe you did have some progress. It's impossible to tell really unless the lighting and everything is the same in the before and after.
That's the thing with scar repair. I've noticed it's slow, and you sometimes need to get 3 or 5 or even more treatments until it is really noticeable how you've improved.

@dan, would you mind approving my two posts above so that others can see them too? I'm a bit puzzled by these restrictions, they weren't in place a few years ago.
I definitely see a 20% improvement, your scars are pretty deep so I would only assume multiple sessions with that much volume loss.
My scars are not as deep as yours but it's taken me 3 subcisions to get a 50% improvement, so expensive but they are definitely getting better.

Yeah, but I didn't have the typical subcision, instead he used the Taylor Liberator. I was expecting more from the procedure. I had lost sensation around the area of my cheeks for over five months, It was harsh.
If you're noticing improvement, there might be some progress. Would you recommend going ahead with the treatment he suggested for the second session?
