Hi, I struggled with acne in my early 20s, and when I finally got rid of them it left me with the very very severe scarring on my cheeks.

This is what my cheeks look like after several laser treatments (3 non-ablative, 3 ablatives) 7 PRP treatments, 4 microneedlings, 2 collagen injections and 4 hylauronic injections. I've done all of these in the last three years, as soon as my acne cleared up.

However I dont see any improvement and currently im very depressed and dont know what to do. The mainc problem is that where I live no dermatologist does subsicion, TCA or any other treatment which helps severe scarring. Also its very pricy but I cant leave it like it is, it really ruins my life, so maybe I could manage to go somewhere.

So can you suggest which treatments you think will work on severe scarring like mine? Maybe also suggest a good dermatologist

Thank you! Most of the times I dont wont to go out because of this 🙁

This is fascinating to me. I am seeing so many people talk about how multiple treatments do nothing. This doesn't match up with the data from studies, and has me wondering what might be going on.

But, brass tacks. What can you do? I would say TCA CROSS would be interesting as well, and pretty safe to try if you get a good practitioner. No one does it in your area? Are you sure?
