Lumps after a Nokor Subcison 🙁

Hello everyone, I'm new in this forum, my case is this: I currently have done 3 CO2 lasers, and this was my second subcision since 2020, previously was done without side effects, but this one I did it with a surgeon, he used a Nokor needle and tumescent anesthesia and no filler too.

After 14 days (2 weeks) my face looks like this, the right cheek with 3 red/browny lumps and the left cheek with 2 big purple ones, they look like cyst and look really awful under some light.

What should I do? Is it normal to be like that after 2 weeks? Dr told me to relax because it is still swollen, but I'm your experience what do you say? He recommended me just to keep washing my face twice a day, don't massage the lumps, take an anti inflammatory drug like ibuprofen and just that.

Any suggestions or advice? I have ridden about capsuled haematomas or fibrotic scarring and I'm super worried. Thank you, I am very concerned and depressed .

I wish I had more in person experience to tell you whether I've seen this or not.

Swelling and bruising are supposed to subside after 2 weeks or so, so I wouldn't say it's "normal," but a hematoma is possible and usually, according to my research at least, they also subside.

Link. And pic attached.

Also...a thought...fish oil helps with recovery and healing. If you're not taking it, you might want to consider it. I personally take 5 or 6 fish oil pills a day.

@dan thank you for answering. Today I started to use a heath compress and I felt and looked a little reduction or them, so I'll post in 3 or 4 days to update the thread.

Hello, I consulted my derm, she send me SERRATIOPEPTIDASE pills for 5 days, and to apply ultrasound in the lumps daily. After that lumps started to get a little down, but are still there. Right side are like 60% smaller, and the big ones I don't know if they're smaller or the same, but now they are red, very red, the big and small ones, so I look like if I have cystic acne. So today I talked with her again, she told me not to worry, to suspend Ultrasound and just keep massaging the lumps, continue serratopeptidase and give time, I will be traveling, so if they don't recover I'll visit her so if she can use some steroids or something. Honestly this is awfull and I feel desfigured, I dont know what else I can do.
