Looks like classic boxcar scarring. I would imagine a doc would recommend maybe subcision, maybe CROSS, maybe fillers. Probably a combo of things.

Or, depending on how big they are and if it's possible, maybe a punch technique of some kind would be an option for you. That would give the best results if they can do it on those.

And no, it will not disappear completely. It's better to look for improvement than total removal.
