They look like raised scars, yes? I can't 100% tell from the picture. If so, it makes me wonder if:

• Cryotherapy
• Intralesional corticosteroids
• Or laser (they've been trying that for raised scars)

Oh that's great. Indented is a lot easier to get improvement with. I don't know what the "Isotretinoin 20mg" is all about btw. That won't help with scars.

I would say a doc might offer you subcision (doesn't do a ton on its own but good to get things unstuck, and you might want to look into vacuum subcision), and then maybe TCA CROSS. And then maybe some local ablative laser.

Something like that would be my guess.
