They look pretty moderate to me. I think something pretty standard might help, but of course, don't look for super dramatic improvement. The topography of the skin can be improved but never brought back to how it was pre-scarring.

Check out the scar treatment options and educate yourself, then get under the care of a really good scar specialist. Make sure they can show you before and afters that are similar to yours and only go with a treatment once you are completely confident you found the right place/person to do it.
