Best recommended treatment for acne scar/hyperpigmentation

Hi guys, around 3-4 months ago I had an annoying big spot in the middle of my forehead which took a while to go down (few weeks) n I ended up popping it out of frustration with a needle however it left a nasty scar in the middle of my head which has not been fading last few months - have tried serums, hydroquinone n some scar treatment creams with no luck - any suggestions please

If it's just hyperpigmentation it will go away with time. You just need to keep it out of the sun and practice patience. If it's an actual scar and doesn't fade away, you can look into scar treatments.

It is an actual scar thats thats why Im asking for any scar treatment advice because I dont know what exact scar this is.. its not hyperpigmentation I deal with that and it faded quickly not stay the same/look bigger after 5 months

Scars can exhibit redness like that for a while. I wonder if it's best to just live with it for a year or so and see how it ends up looking. Sometimes doing treatments can cause more redness and just prolong that.
