I dont know whether to be happy or not, the bumps on my forehead seem to be dieing down, the cluster of spots on my right cheek bone seems to be fading out, hopefully they will go completely in a couple of days, but the thing thats happening now is that, as i put the Bp cream anywhere on any affected areas below my mouth it seems that it just makes it worse, if i have a small spot and put bp cream on it... then it by the bext morning it has turned into a whitehead that is normally pretty big, also i seem to have the cluster on my left cheek also turnng into whiteheads and its very annoying, i realy dont know whether to be happy, im hoping results will improve over the next week.

Same thing is happening to me. Exactly the same thing. I guess we'll have to see how it plays out this weekend.

I have decided this morning to cut back on the C&C SA shrub..I am only gonna do it every second or third day...and just use the BP wash every day, twice a day with my Herbal Logix, I did that last night and saw great results!

hi everyone.

Im in Sydney Australia. All you Aussies, this stuff has been easy to find in Sydney so im sure you can get it if you ask around - i saw it in woolworths.

I got the C&C BP one week ago and was realllllllly pleased with the overall look of my skin fairly quickly. The pores along my cheeks and nose were looking much more refined. Blackheads were less noticeable and still looks good now.

Sadly though, Ive been getting very large painful jawline, lower cheek pimples and that is obviously hormonal related breakouts. Im not sure if the BP is bringing everything to the surface and therefore it will be okay soon, or if i am having a bad reaction this BP stuff. Under makeup though (i use Giorgio Armani foundation) my skin looks fantastic. Very smooth...refined pores etc.

So one week of using this stuff and Ive still got some large painful forehead and lower cheek breakouts. OUCH!!!! Today I bought the blackhead cleanser so I will spend the rest of this week doing the routine properly and see how things go.

(Clean and Clear's spot treatment gel is also excellent, this whole line seems to be very good!)

I panicked today because I have got two weddings, one engagement and my bday coming up in the next month. So i rushed off to the Dr and got some doxycyline antibiotics, just to take for a month to help calm down these breakouts...

I have no idea if it will work but i need to be much clearer by two weeks time...

If my acne is purely hormonal (being mostly on lower cheeks) could the SA and BP really do anything? Has this routine cured anyone elses similar acne?

My ONLY concern with BP is that it is AGING. Free Radicals etc. Oxygen. Bad. This is why i usually stop the BP cause of wrinkle paranoia.

Well, that's where I'm getting mine too, so I think it's a reaction to Botchlas regimen. But again, I'm going into 1 and a half weeks, so it may take a couple more weeks to really work well.

week 1 is nearing its end and i have ALSO experienced the patches of pimples on the jawline/neck area and my cheeks. I think its just a part of the regimen.

Ive been doing mainly just the SA blackhead wash in the morning for the past 7 days, but 3 of those days I did both in the morning. ANd every night ive been doing both washes...

My face is doing alright. not any worse but not any better... graduall improvements.

I have another comment/concern.

I wake up at 6 am, do the regimen etc.. Around 12 noon, I go workout for about an hour and sweat a lot. Now after that, I just rinse my face with water. When rinsing with just water, does the medicine lose its effectiveness... Because usually you take 14 hours or so in between the washing cycles. I'm wondering if I am wiping/rinsing away the medicine off of my face when I do this.

Any thoughts? Should I maybe time my workouts with my cleaning times? (morning and night)

I would just use a normal, gentle cleanser when you worked out cause u dont wanna do teh SA or BP washes 3 times....water doesnt always get your face clean, esp after sweating and working out!

if thats the case, im thinking of doing gentle cleanser in the morning, workout, and then do the SA wash at around 2 pm.

is a 8 hour time frame between washes too much?

im just looking for suggestions because right now im not sure what i should be doing. i now 3 is too much, but once in the morning with a gentle splash of water in the afternoon and another wash at night is what im doing now.

This regimen is amazing...with B5 I got pretty clear, but I cleared my skin totally in 2 weeks with this and my skin tone looks amazing.

Yea it's working pretty good for me too. All those things on my chin came to heads, and I put some BP spot treatment on last night, then today the SA wash took them all off. So yea, now the healing process begins. The rest of my face has had no new breakouts. Guys, if your in need of something, because nothing else has worked, get into this regimen and give it 2 weeks to see some good results.

PS: I went to the drugmart today, and they have the regular C%C wash and cleanser that we are using, and one that is called C&C deep cleaning or something, the same washes but with another word or something. Anyone know what I am talking about?

i just wanted to thank you for your advice. i have tried absolutely everything there is to clear my skin. Proactiv was no miracle (despite what the infomercials will have you believe) and the Differin gel that the dermatologist gave me was crap. I've been using these 2 C&C products for about 4 days, and already I can see a HUGE difference in my skin. I tweaked your regimen a bit, and i use the BP wash in the morning and both of them at night. I also used a bit of BP spot treatment at night as well. I must say that C&C is really an amazing line and their products really do work for me. Thanks again for recommending these products!

I cut back on using the SA wash from everyday to 3-4 times a week and plus I use my herbal logix stuff everyday. I still use the BP wash everyday, twice a day. I found that the SA wash was making me break out and plus I dont feel I need to exfoliate everyday, twice a day...Ive got great resukts. I guess everyone will have their own kinda regimen with these two products,w hatever works for ya best!

guys. ive added a step for the night time and it has helped me so much.. in the one time that ive done it, its been great towards my skin. After the two washes, wait 10-15 minutes and then apply some on the spot or bp gel to the BIG troubling spots, and it WILL help even more.

im so surprised that this has worked because you think by not having bp cream on all day, the acne will grow (something like that ) but it doesnt because the SA, i think, opens the pores and cleans them, while the BP wash puts the medicine into the open pores...

But can anyone explain it better why it works so well for so many? Isn't it odd that we're not really using or applying the BP cream for around 12 hours out of the day and we're getting results.....

What % BC is everyones wash cause mine is 5% but ive heard you can get 10% in this same line?

Im in my second week of washing with the BC and in my first week of using the scrub.... therefore, ive been doing the regime properly for 4 days now.

Ive got ALOT of flakes on my lower half of the face -but i did spot treat with 10% BP on saturday night after a huge night out. So these bad flakes prob from that. I will try to get Dans BP for spot treatments cause i read that its so much gentler...

One thing I love doing is massaging in Jojoba oil after using the BP and SA at night - my skin looks and feels great immediately after and still looks so nice in the morning.... but by midday its looking wrinkly and flakey again

Maybe i need to use the BP wash every 2nd day instead ?

The reason i keep stopping BP in the past is cause it make my skin look very worn out and dry and wrinkly - i need to find a way to combat this this time and stick with this BP routine cause it seems to be working - all large painful pimples are subsiding.

Hey guys, im from the uk and havent been able to purchase the C and C continuous control, so ive got panoxyl 10% BP wash, i presume its probably exactly the same.

I havent got my blackhead clearing scrub yet, but thats for 2mrw,

anway i have used the wash just once, and now my chin is very red, its gunna turn all dry and flaky i can tell, i dont understand you guys have not once mentioned that it has had effects like this. That the wash will make your face red and prbably dry afterwards. So what am i to do?? Stop using it before i can tell if its having an effect??

Has anyone else had this reddening of the face and chin???? Its so annoying, everyone finds this works but im the only one that has a reaction to it?, i never had a reaction to BP 10% gel, is it the panoxyl?and clean and clear has different stuiff in it?? (cos im bit sceptical of that, and anyways i cant get it in britain....dont go there you cant get it here, trust me!!)

does the redness go down with conitnued use????

I was checking out this topic for the first dozen or so pages, and it looks like it's a pretty solid plan. I have two questions, though, and I'd appreciate if someone could help me out:

I like to use some 2.5% BP cream once or twice during the day (including the times when I put it on in the morning or evening), because it seems to reduce redness for me if I have some problem spots. Also, BP cream has definitely worked well for me in general, as I've been applying it at night. So is using BP cream (and leaving it on) along with botchla's regimen a good idea?

Second question: I haven't read through all 60 pages of this topic, so I'm wondering if the regimen described in botchla's original post is still the one that you guys are working off of. Has the accepted regimen changed over the course of the topic?

Thanks.
