Yo Boffin, grab them from Woolies in Sydney (I did).

The Blackhead clearing scrub is called Blackhead clearing cleanser, and the continuous control acne wash is 5% BP instead of 10% BP, but apart from that they are the same.

Check out the pics on Drugstore.com so you know what you're looking for in the supermarket. They look the same 'cept for the slightly different name.

g'luck!

Yeah, I'm only on day 3, so its hard to tell, but I think things are starting to look better You will get a bit of dry skin due to the BP and the exfoliation of the SA, but it's easy fix with some good moisturiser.

Yup, exactly the same as the pics on drugstore.com, apart from the aforementioned differences. (Links are on the first page).

I'm doing a slight variation in that I'm using the BP twice per day and the SA once.

I'll keep updating my progress here

I'm also using Cetaphil moisturising cream which helps with the inevitable dryness.

I have pretty mild acne, mostly just a few small like little red blemishes that are ugly, plus I'm still using Differin, does anyone know if this may still work? And also, I was wondering if any women knew what kind of stuff I could take my makeup off with, that is gentle with my skin because its sensitive...?

I use Pond's Cold Cream deep cleanser... it's cheap and very gentle because it's a cream.. i've tried the MAC cold cream.. works the same... but i only use it for my eye makeup.. i dont wear foundation or anything because of my acne problem... I wet my face, rub a bit of the cream on and just wipe everything off... but make sure you wash your face with another cleanser...

if you wanna start the Botchla reg.. the two cleanser will get rid of your face makeup with no problem because there's a scrub and another deep cleanser...

well.. hope that helps.. good luck...

Looks like alot of good replies have come from this. So I went out tonight and bought the two products. I'm going to start this tonight and keep with it for one month, maybe six weeks. I'm 27 now and have tried everything except anything that came in pill form. I don't like eating anything that some person has created to get rid of an issue, always seems to cause problems to something else but that's just me. Hopefully this will help and has anyone tried lavi soap? Seen a guy/gal post it in here and said it worked great for them.

hey guys I just started using this treatment. My question is I still have differin (which hasn't helped since I used it). Should I continue using this and would using the regimen plus differin be too harsh?

yeah it would most likely be way too harsh, I'm using Differin as well, but it seems to be helpin me, so I'm not starting the regimen....yet , but good luck!

Does anyone know if Botchla's regimen works for the under the skin (cysts) kind of acne?? Those are the ones I mainly get. I was thinking of going on Yasmin, but until then, I wanted to know if Botchla's regimen even works for the cystic ance, the ones that hurt and take forever to go away...Thanks

thanx for the answers u guys...i decided to use just botchla treatment and not the differin...

After JUST 1 day of using this, along with the C&C oil free shine control moisturizer i put on in the morning after the treatment, i have not noticed any marks going away BUT after one entire day of going out (since it is Canada Day and a public holiday) my skin is so smooth and not flaky like it is normally after a whole day...

I will continue updates perhaps after a week or so...

hey guyz...

just wondering if it's ok to use 2% salicylic wash without exfoliating beads instead?

and i use only 5% bp C&C cleanser both in the morning and at night... this is because i can't find 10% bp cleanser...

thank you... : )

I was doing Dan's regimen for awhile but its so timke consuming and frustrating and irritating...I was just about to give up...but I went out and bought these 2 products and have some BP on the spot leftover handy and I am also doing the tape and vinegar method from Dan's...wish me luck (I should being able to incorporate the tape and vinegar since Ive been doing it for a while now right?) And also I have a ?, since my skin is pretty much use to the BP should I not experience an initial breakout? Or is it the salicylic acid that brings things up to the surface?

Geez Kimberly, I hope you still have skin left after using all these harsh products. BP, SA, tape method, vinegar... You might want to be a little more gentle to your skin.

No. I added them in after using Dan's regimen for 2 months. (tape, vinegar) for red marks. And I can already tell Botchla's is a lot less irritating. <_<

Botchla,

After reading so much on your post, yeah, I would like to give it a try. Using Dan's regime didn't really disappoint me(it's good), it's just that I want to speed up the recovery....

Maybe it's true, the reason why it's taking so long to recover is because of the absence of the SA. My pimples are mild now, only 10 small pimples... I'm planning to use neutrogena's BP and SA as a combination. I am skeptical about switching to other brands..got a phobia about getting rashes when trying different products...

(1) Do u think it's okay to use any BP and SA combination?(both are topical creams however)

(2) I would still like to stick to the extra gentle cleanser I am using(neutrogena) so as to not

further irritate my skin in case it gets too drying. What do u think?

Thanks so much. 😉

Hi, I was just wondering if it is normal to be able to see your pores really big after using the blackhead scrub.

Im asking coz I used it the other week and I could literally see the pores on my face all wide open. I think it really exfoliated a lot of skin.

I'm wondering if this is normal or bad. The way I see it, by opening up my pores like that more crap can get inside them and block them. Also I'm pretty sure it caused me to break out.

So yeah, is it normal to be able to see your pores bigger after using the scrub?

EDIT:

Actually I think I might try it on my bacne a few times... It's winter here so I don't really care if it causes my bacne to flare up. I'll see if it causes a breakout on my back...
