Hormonal Acne clearing Calms redness Stops new acne from forming Clears current acne Great alternative to birth control None so far! I'm 31 and my acne has progressively gotten worse... I finally went to see a dermatologist who said that I had 'hormonal acne' on my cheeks - which is something that no salicilic acid or toning or cleansing of any sort can clear. He started me on this as well as an internal medication called Spironolactone- and my skin looks SO different just after one week. This product is light, doesn't smell, and goes on smoothly. I didn't find it oily at all compared to other reviewers. I also have had no redness/drying from it. The product has delivered EXACTLY what it should. The best part is that it feels like my 'live' pimples are finally *dying* - as if the feeling inside of them that gives them the 'pop me! pop me!' sense- is no longer there. VERY happy with this product- and thankful for it!!

It makes your skin smooth, clears acne, makes scars and redness less noticeable. Be careful how much you apply! It takes some to time work. There is a transition period where acne may get worse. I gave up on this stuff after the first couple weeks. My neck was so dry and raw. It itched horribly. I figured this couldn't be a good sign so I went back to just washing with a tough Benzoyl Peroxide wash. The breakouts persisted for months and months. It seemed like each one was wose than the last. So, I decided to give Ziana another shot. During my second trial with Ziana I was careful to apply a very small amount and after reading about retinols effect on minimizing signs of aging I decided to apply the gel to my entire face, not just the acne prone areas of my neck and jawline. I monitored for any redness, drying, and itching. AND NOW I'm seeing some real improvement, My derm originally told me to pat the gel on to acne prone areas. I have seen MUCH better results actually rubbing it into my skin. Other reviews have mentioned that the gel makes their skin feel sticky. I also observed this during my first trial. This DOES NOT happen if you rub the gel into your skin. My skin actually looks a few years younger, my pores are noticeably smaller, and my acne has decreased.

cleared up back and chest clears acne on face quickly a bit of redness if I use it every night This worked best for my back and chest. I no longer have any acne in those areas. It works ok on my face. I can't use it every night because it causes some redness, but it does clear up my skin very quickly. I use it about 3 times a week and that seems to work best for my skin. No side effects that I've noticed.

clearer skin and smooth skin I guess the side effects, which I haven't experienced yet. I've only been using Ziana for about 2 weeks and so far I got good results, at first I used a moisturizer from the Olay brand and than I switch up and started using products from the Cerave line they have a great AM and PM lotion that works great with the Ziana and I also use the Cerave face wash it't great. I use Duac gel in the morning and the Ziana at night and everything works well together. I have a great dermotologist. Bottom line If you are having mixed reviews about it maybe you need to change your face wash and moisturizer.

Took away most of my 'larger' zits-barely get them anymore -left me with small bumps on the center of my forehead and I have no idea how to get rid of them....and a few on my chin. -Made my already oily skin oilier I've been using this for a couple weeks....and I guess you can say it works. It initially broke me out pretty bad but now I don't get any large pimples. I'd much rather have smaller bumps than larger bumps on my face, so I can't really complain. Although, I would love it if this would also help the smaller bumps.

Cleared up most acne left my face extremely oily when i woke up made acne worse for about 3 weeks before getting better i was prescribed ziana by my dermatologist and overall, i think it has worked great. it got rid of ALL of the acne on my chest and back and MOST of the acne on my face. the only thing i dont really like is that i never used to get acne on my checks and chin, and thats where i feel like i am getting most of my acne now. Also, i never used to have an oily face, but now i have to blot 5 or 6 times a day. overall though, it has worked extremely well with my acne and i would recommend it to anyone struggling with acne.

-Overall made my skin texture smoother, maybe? -Clears up skin for short periods of time. -Get almost no cystic bumps or big pimples. -Lots of oily little white heads, which I never used to get. -Did I mention my face is sooo oily. I have to blot it every other hour or so throughout the day... -I'll get a bad flare up every other week or so. I want something that gets rid of my acne ALL of the time, not just half of the time. This clears my face up for a bit, but my skin is incredibly oily, and I still get breakouts. It just replaced one type of acne with a new one... After giving it a try for about 3-4 months, Ziana isn't cutting it. I'm going to the derm tomorrow for a switch.

Lasts a long time. Did not clear up my skin after months of use, saw virtually no change in my acne. Very expensive if you don't get some sort of discount. Did not work for me.

It goes on smooth and isn't sticky Peeling Purging Price This is my third month on Ziana and I haven't seen ANY improvements my derm said I will start seeing improvements 8-10 weeks in Ziana has mad my face worse than it initially was. Dont waste your time !!!!
