Pros:

bottle lasts a long time, like that its a combo therapy... didnt dry me out too terribly

Cons:

sticky, could only wear at night.... made me a bit oily when i put on in the morning

I used it at night in conjunction with aczone and antibiotics. My cystic acne cleared about 70% but something in my regimen left me with hyperpigmentation (im white). ziana definitely made my skin softer and i do believed it helped to some degree... starting accutane in 4 weeks because acne is mild but persistant. reccommend for those who have mild non-cystic acne

Pros:

First topical acne treatment that has actually worked!! I've used many different treatments from Retin-A Micro to Differin. This one has worked within a couple of weeks and isn't too drying or harsh.

Cons:

I have an HSA insurance plan--and without the rebate card from the company this medicine would have cost me close to $400. With the card, I got it for $25!

I have struggled with acne since my teenage years (I am now 29). This is the first medicine that has made an improvement on my breakouts. I will continue to use it and hope it continues to make my face more clear. Still has a ways to go.

Pros:

I just started not even 1 week see improvement already

Cons:

I have very delicate skin and it dries my skin a little!! :p

awesome product can't wait for the long run after trying product longer!!

Pros:

Very nice so far, it's clearing my acne pretty fast and is brightening my complexion.

Cons:

It was expensive for me, but the tube is very big and you don't use that much of it. Also i did break out a little bit at first.

i havn't used this product very long, almost 2 weeks now. I used Duac for 2 1/2 years and was VERY happy with it but eventually i stopped noticing improvement and started to break out instead of get better. So i went to the doctor and the next night i used Ziana. I was very scared to use it after reading all the reviews but i figured i'd give it a shot. I was already breaking out before i used it so i don't really know if i should blame breaking out on Ziana, but now my face is practically clear! It's been working really well for me so far and i can't wait to finally achieve clear skin. I'm pretty positive it will work well

Pros:

works great, pulls out all the yuckies, no peeling on non-broke out skin

Cons:

expensive and makes peeling spots where my zits were

Love it! Use it only at night, but it works great. First couple of weeks, I had tons of blackheads appear, but I think it was just pulling everything out of my skin. Now my skin looks great. It's my highest co-pay at $35.00, but hopefully it will last a few months.

Pros:

Got rid of my acne!

Cons:

The gel is kind of sticky, but I only used it at night, before bed so it was okay.
Also, it made me more susceptible to sunburn. I'm sure that applying sunscreen would fix this though.

This product worked very well for me. I have been using it for about 2-3 months now. Another tip: take Vitamin E, A, and Omega-3 supplements daily. Trust me, it helps! And extra Vitamin C wouldn't hurt either.

Pros:

Cleared my acne without drying out my skin. I like that it has 0.025% Tretinoin which has anti-aging benefits

Cons:

Smells Awful! I wish it came in a cream and smelled as pleasant Renova.

Good Product, I will continue to use it!

Pros:

Cleared severe acne/cysts completely-- only product to ever do this
No side effects (in my case)

Cons:

Can be drying for many people
Not covered by my ins. $200 per tube.

I did Proactiv, Differin, Benzoyle,Clindamyacin, etc, etc. The only thing left was Accutane. I doubted this product, but it worked. I did have the initial bad breakout (as you will with most products), and after a couple months my skin was completely clear. I've used the product for two years. I am starting to get some breakouts on my chin again, but this is still far better than my skin ever was before. If you try to use this more than once a day, you will get flaky. You may want to start w/ every other, if sensitive. Each tube costs me out of pocket $200, but the tube will last 3-6 months. I was happy to pay for a product that cleared severe cystic acne.

Pros:

Only have to use a tiny amount and only at night. Works quickly.

Cons:

I am a week into it and it is making me peel like a lizzard so my Derm has me use it every other day.

Its a really wonderful product although its A. Probably going to get worse before it gets better drawing out all the stuff under the skin and well the redness and flaking are annoying at first it goes away. Do wear sunscreen with this product! The peeling can make your face extra sensitive to the sun and make the redness worst or burn.

Pros:

worked completely, best product ever tried

Cons:

i put a 3 for cost bc the derma gave me a coupon that makes it cheap for 3 months...once thats gone i heard its very expensive so i prob wont be able to afford it :/

Only about a week in using this, have tried many other products/vitamins/etcetc but this is my first foray into prescription stuff... honestly its the only thing ive actually seen work. i have not had a single pimple since starting, the old ones have gone away by now and i am so happy my skin has never looked better. doesnt bother my skin or dry it out at all...i know this is probably unusual at how well i have reacted to this but its the truth. try it yourself maybe itll work!
