Cons:
Does cause slight dryness, just use plenty of moisterizer in the mornings, and don't over due it, a little goes a long way. Does make u break out at first, not more pimples, just the ones you have get bigger and hurt, only lasts a week or so.
Pros:
less acne, eventually clears the skin. Skin looks healthier.
Cons:
Initial breakout was terrible, face was itchy. Left a lot of scars and peeling.
Pros:
cleared my cystic acne. i'm just left with some whiteheads and blackheads. my forehead is almost clear and my scars are looking better
Cons:
makes your skin incredibly dry and makes it peel like crazy. the initial breakout is pretty bad. my acne was the worst it has been in a year during the first few weeks of treatment.
Pros:
Worked very fast, inexpensive, easy to use, and doesn't leave an oily look at all. Got rid of 90% of her acne after just a few weeks as well as blackheads too. Her scars are fading too.
Cons:
She complains of burning.
Very little sun will cause a massive sunburn.
The first week and a half the extreme redness and peeling was awful. But now she is only a little red, and instead of peeling has more of a dry look.
Pros:
Speeds up regeneration of skin surface.
Cons:
Achieves the above by causing cells to scale; therefore, it's a lot of work to not look like a fish.
Pros:
nice consitency. cheap w/ insurance
Cons:
smells bad. takes forever to work. sensitive to other products.
Pros:
Not any at all
Cons:
Horribly drying, doesnt work, expensive, makes your face burn
Pros:
Cleared up skin, I hardly ever breakout, and when I do it's a small whitehead and never any of those huge, underground monster zits. Also shrinks pores.
Cons:
Kinda makes you oily if you use too much, the first few weeks/months are awful, and it has never really seemed to lighten hyperpigmentation. In fact, it seems to make red marks redder.
Pros:
helped during the summer, cleared up fine so i quit for a month and went back on it when i started acting up and now its worse again
Cons:
it sucks! such a pain not worth the redness, flakyness, and worsening after the first couple days of use
Pros:
affordible, easy to apply
Cons:
a little drying at first, by prescription only
Pros:
I've tried everythign for my moderate but scarring acne. Everything OC and antibiotics and prescription sulfer products. THIS is the only thing that has worked and even gets rid of the sun damage redness! Im 25 and finally have beautiful skin!!
