Due to its antimicrobial properties and ability to absorb skin oil and dry out the skin, sulfur has been used for thousands of years for various skin conditions, including acne. However, it is normally reserved for noninflammatory acne (whiteheads and blackheads), because it doesn't work as well as other over-the-counter medications for inflammatory acne (papules and pustules).

I tried to give KAVI skin care line a try when
my prescriptions didn't help get rid of my adult acne entirely. I got the whole KAVI acne skin care line for oily skin and I am seeing significant improvements.
I was pleasantly surprised! Usually whenever I try new products, it makes no difference OR
make things worse. My skin looks much better and it continues to be so. If nothing has yet to help your acne, you should really try KAVI.
This works better for me than BP ever did.
And it doesn't irritate your skin either.

Pros:
Reduces cysts, reduces oil, calms skin, does not irritate skin, can be used as overnight spot treatment
Cons:
smells like sulfur, but its not overwhelming, my tap water smells worst! You barely notice it.
This is the only product I've ever tried that has any effect on those deep painful cysts. It sucks the oil out, calms and reduces the swelling and doubles the speed of recovery. I used it as a full mask and for overnight spot treatment. So many products irritate my skin, this one never does. It reduces overall oil and dries up pimples. So worth it! One jar lasts forever! One of my favorite can't live without products.

Pros:
Seems to help bring heads down more quickly and decrease the size of heads if applied before the become heads.
Cons:
Doesn't completely clear heads overnight. I use it part to aid clearing process as well as prevention as it seems that my skin is allergic to benzoyl peroxide.
I wish that it had no fragrance. Companies can put whatever they want under the term "fragrance". Look it up, it is true.
I have been using this for several weeks. Originally, I only used on acne spots overnight, as it was too drying to use otherwise. However, since I have started using only this, Castile soap, Clarisea scrub and salts, and a sulfur soap I have been able to use it on spots and once a week as an overall face mask, concentrating on my most acne-prone areas.
My skin has been clearing up, I have a lot of hyper-pigmentation from break outs over several months, but only have 2 larger and a few smaller 'active' pimples now.

I wash once or twice in the mornings and I don't start oiling till a little before lunch. If I don't wash on my lunch break, the oil is back with a vengeance about an hour after I eat. My lunchtime wash keeps me comfortable till I get home, sometimes even until bedtime. It's a great product, especially at $6 a bar (total price with shipping (3 bar minimum) was $24). I use the bar for my body too, and each bar lasts about a month. Highly recommended.

smells kinda funny, but not too too bad
i love this stuff. i use it at night about once a week and in the morning my zits are visibly smaller! i also use it as a spot treatment when i get a real big one comin' up... it works!

Product used: Dermify (All-In-One Acne Solution)
Pros:
Balances skin better then anything i have ever used. I went from putting on moisturizer multiple times a day to not using it in months. Cant remember the last time i used a moisturizer or had oily skin.
a 1 month tube lasts almost 3 months which makes it super cheap. around 10 bucks a month.
Cons:
I need more and they dont respond to emails or have a valid phone number any longer!!!!
This will balance your skin, if that is not enough you may have another underlying problem as well like i did. It is effective and without chemicals. YAY! my skin likes to be overly oily which i found out after i stopped using chemical based treatments. so i take 2 fish oil and 1 50mg zinc with breakfast and that same dosage with dinner. my skin is at an all time best in the last 15 years. those supplements with dermify is an amazing safe and natural treatment that plain works. I just need more NOW and i really hope they are still in business.

Have to order online, the soap isn't extremely expensive ($18 for 3 bars) but all of their other products are!, also it just didn't work for me
I have mild to moderate acne that is very persistent, I have been battling it for about 10 years now. I decided to try something new so I ordered this soap because I thought their logic made a lot of sense. Within days of using it, my skin became worse than it has ever been - I got 5 very large, very painful red pimples that took over a week to go away. These were very different from the breakouts I typically get. I used it on my back too and got countless, small bumps all over my upper back and shoulders. I stopped using it after a couple months and my skin improved almost immediately! Some people seem to have good luck with it, but I was definitely not one of them.
