Pros:

-it smells good
-the bottle is appealing
-price was okay

Cons:

-dries out your skin
-left me with more break outs
-left my cheeks and forehead with break outs and red rashes

I hate this product and I don't recommend this product. If it works for you, awesome, but it doesn't for me, so i'll just stay away from it.

Pros:

-Helps popped pimples heal quicker(in terms of redness and size)
-Nice smell

Cons:

-Didn't do much for my moderate-severe acne

While on this product I was using Oxy 10% bp wash and my skin was still pretty bad. Then once I stopped Oxy and only used this, my skin was REALLY bad. I was also using a moisturizer. This is a good product if you have very light-moderate acne.

Pros:

It controlled the acne....I didn't get random breakouts on my back or upper arms except for a few small pimples.. This KIND OF prevented breakouts.. Just a little.

Cons:

Didn't fully clear the acne.

It's pretty good...

Pros:

Smell soo good
Good Exfoliator
Prevents acne
Inexpensive

Cons:

Made my skin look dull
Gives you breakouts
Doesn't clean very well

I've been using this for two or three weeks now. I've been noticing acne near my eyebrows just after 3 uses of it. After I use this, It makes my skin look so dull and it loses it's radiance.

Pros:

Smells great! Fewer Breakouts lathers good

Cons:

a little drying

Ive been using this for almost a year now and when I first started to use it, it did clear some breakouts on my back and shoulders. Well the secret to get bacne free is to put lotion on after you get out of the shower. I guess it was too drying and thats why all the breakouts were not going away. I am totally clear now. I use johnson Baby lotion to moisturize. Good Luck!

Pros:

The kind of pimples i had were the big ones with black spots.initially,it seemed to work gradually and then seemed to stop working.now my face is better than before.

Cons:

it clears and inhibits acne.the black spots are still there and the pimples appear and go. My face is not as o.k as i thought it will be.

I live in Nigeria and my uncle who came back from Carlifornia gave me the sample i used. The price i gave is actually what he told me. Its three weeks now and its just not as good as i expected.

Pros:

This is the only stuff that has worked for me. I have acne on my legs back and arms. My daughter is also using it and she loves it also. Now we have no problems wearing tank tops in the summer.

Cons:

A little costly and you have to be patient to see results maybe 2-3 weeks.

Yes get a bottle if you have extra cash boy 2-3 bottles, you won't be sorry. Target walmart walgreens you get it at any drug store.

Pros:

The spot treatment is good

Cons:

it doesn't reduce zits. it doesn't reduce oil. it doesn't heal zits. it doesn't do what proactive does

the advertising is wrong. clean and clear advantage will NOT give you a clearer face in 24 hours. alright. I have a greasy face. it did zilch. el zippo. nothing to my face. I actually ended up with more severe pimples after a week. don't by it. pay the extra 30 bucks and get proactiv. it doesn't do two of the three fundamentals. clean and clear doesn't stop zits from happening and it doesn't heal zits when they are there. it does sorta reduce size but not number or redness. I don't recommend using it. if you want to use something good don't use this crap.

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
