Then trying to send it back is hell, their customer service is the worst ive ever seen, hate the product, its a rip off then they dont tell you theyre going to send another package of a 3 month supply and charge you 130 more dollars.. dont buy it there are way better products out there for your face, save yourself lol

Horrible product
This product really did not work for me, unfortunately. When you first use it, it feels tingly which makes you think its working, however, it did not for me. Also this product turned bleached all my towels white and some got on my tshirt once and it also bleached that. It kind of scared me knowing that thats the product I was using on my FACE. This product really dried out my skin, and I couldn't use any moisturizer because the mixture of the products irritated my skin. Overall, horrible product. I have heard nothing but horrible reviews about X out.

Beware of hypo pigmentation in darker skin
Worst product ever. Was never told it would cause big white blotches on my olive skin after a few weeks of use. Sure it cleared my acne but my face now looks worse. Warns it may bleach fabric but never said skin. Hope it is temporary.

"Not for sensitive skin"
After using it for just 2 days my skin broke out horribly. Plus, the customer service was terrible. They kept on trying to have me buy more when I called to tell them the product wasn't working! I know everyone's skin is different, but this face wash is very harsh on the skin. Not worth the money at all.

It will take more than 2 days for sure. And if the product works it will bring the bacteria to the surface for you as it sounds like it did

Actually my dermatologist informed me that that's not true. If it makes you breakout quickly and as bad as it did, then its irritating your skin. I bought the Acne.org system and it cleared it right up! But thank you for your input.

Do not order from this company
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this for my daughter! It did not work any better than over the counter treatments and, in fact, my daughter's acne is worse now than when she started three months ago. Their ordering and billing procedures are ridiculous. You cannot order without them automatically continuing to bill you for more. I didn't realize the second shipment would be charged in installments for the next three months. I called and cancelled our order and continued to be billed. I just called again so we'll see if they actually stopped this time...

Not a good product, but their business practice is even worse.
I guess my issue with it is not just that it didn't work at all for my son. It actually made his face worse. Their business practices are ridiculous. When you order you are automatically signed up for automatic shipments and payments. There is NO other choice. If they were so confident in their product they would know people would WANT to reorder not be forced to. I was sent 2 starter kits by mistake. I called and and complained. They told me to keep the extra one and they would cancel any future orders. 30 days later I was sent 2 90 day supplies. I called again and got an extremely arrogant rep who told me that the reason I received those kits is that I never returned the originals. I kept the one kid to have my son try it. I kept the other because they told me to. According to Ronny the only way you can stop this service is to return your kits within 30 days of their shipment date and call them with your tracking number. I have never heard of something so crazy in my life. Even if this product had worked I would never do business with such an unethical company.

WHAT HAPPENED PROACTIVE-
I ordered this sh*t 11 months ago and next month will make it a WHOLE DAMN YEAR! I still havent received any Xout. All payments went through so Im patiently waiting guys.... thats theft. Oh and peeps be very careful and make sure you cancel the "generous orders" they do on your behalf. You will be buying sh*t for months without your knowledge. So yeah! Xout-get out. PS- I gave 1 star because it was mandatory to select a rating.

Contains Bleach!!!
On the bottle it says it may bleach died stuff. but actually it MOST CERTAINLY will bleach everything it touches. I got the smallest little dot of this stuff on my towel when i was drying my hands and EVERY single one of my towels came out of the wash lookin like acid wash jeans. You have to wash it all off in the sink when you use it, and if you don't, use a paper towel and throw it away immediately afterwards. One time i set the paper towel down on a pink piece of paper and within 10 minutes, there was a white dot in the center of the piece of paper because the x out sucked all the pink pigment out. If you want to do this to your skin, so be it... but im not gonna use this product again.

Wish I had read reviews before I bought
Seriously. WTF? How is this damn company still in business? It is just out to suck your money up by some crazy rebelling scheme for lame products that not only don't work but make your skin worse. So who the hell would buy it? Well me, I guess but I was just caught up in how awful my skin was and was desperate, didn't read the fine print when I bought it and dumbly just did what it said for months, kept getting more and more product and would forget to call and cancel. By the time I did call, had to wait on the call for like 30 mins, then they tried to avoid me cancelling. It was messed up. I try to be nice to customer service people '˜coz I've been there but this was like company policy not to allow people to cancel. Work customer service Ive ever experienced. then I had all this crap from months of receiving it, stained all my bedding, The only good thing I can say is that some of the sun marks I had on my face are gone but completely unintentionally - like people said below this sh*t bleaches everything it touches, including your skin. Don't do it people. Find something else. There is one out there I am using now that I am kinda in love with, Ninja. Compared to this damn company, its customer service is like unreal. Instant call backs, emails, real people who know their sh*t talking to you about your issues, figuring out exactly which combo of products you should use. For reals. These big ole companies using celebrities are just not to be trusted'. clearly they are earning too much money if they can afford these people right? And I know how - just keep pulling money from people's credit cards without them even knowing. A big ole sham if you ask me.

Insulted and disappointed
I am completely insulted by the Zendaya Coleman X out commercial. In the before and after pictures, this commercial shows individuals suffering from a mild form of acne going through an "EXTREME" transformation to clear skin. What is actually shown is images of EXTREME pigment alteration. Sure, freckles, moles and laughlines have been airbrushed out, but skintone being drastically altered, implying that darker skintoned black girls or pinktoned white boys are unacceptable as they are. This is just down-right, infuriatingly wrong! I will never support such imagery or subiliminal messages being sent to our youth and the rest of society. It is imagery, such as this, that causes unnecessary insecurities. We need to be more aware and mindfull of what messages we are sending, especially to our very impressionable youth.

I'm mexican, with olive tan skin, and I was using x out for a while. Until it literally started to alter my skin tone. I didn't realize it at first but X Out actually has beach in it, and a lot more than it says on the bottle. I wiped off my spot treatment once with a pink post-it note because I was in a rush to answer the door, and after about 10 minutes, i looked back at the post-it note and the x out had sucked all of the pigment out of the paper and what was left was just a white dot in the center. So I think it's safe to say that this product can have the same affect on skin pigment too if you use it often enough, and that's why I stopped using it!!

@ tellit.....yeah because paper and skin are Exactly alike. Have a seat over there.......but way over there.
May 14, 2016
@MoniqueUnique, do you know anything about skin? It's incredibly fragile, porous and thin. Your pores act as a very short and easily penetrable doorway from the surface of your skin to the deeper layers. Tellit has the right idea and honey YOU need to go study up on how your skin works. Or go ahead and keep putting bleach in your body. Lmao.
