Proactiv Solution : X Out

Not only does the product cost at a strange price, it also makes you break out after a month. ALSO this company has been sending me extra packages I did NOT purchase, as well as bill me each month 50$ for the face washes I did NOT buy. I had called every time I had received this bill and asked them to withdraw my "purchase" as well as cancel it. They complied, but I STILL receive bills each month. WHEN WILL THIS NIGHTMARE END?! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DON'T PURCHASE

X out has a ridiculously high amount of benzoyl peroxide in it. This made my face so dry that I could barely move it, and no moisturizer could save me. This is a terribly made product due to the fact that it causes extreme redness and irritation all while it did nothing for my acne. This product may help some people, but overall it does not help the majority.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE THIS ACNE PRODUCT. This is my first time ever writing a review, but I feel like I had to get out how I feel about this product. This product made my skin 100x worse. I have struggled with acne all of my teenage years (I'm 20 now). I tried Proactive a few years back and that product absolutely did not work either. It was far too costly and it made my skin worse. I don't know if the acne fighting ingredients just don't agree with my skin or what, but this product is horrible. I wish there was a spot to write reviews on the XOut website because I would. I used it for about a month and had to stop. I had pimples everywhere.. more than ever. Big pimples that hurt! I've never had such terrible skin. I stopped recently and have been using just a Clean and Clear scrub, and my skin is FINALLY back to normal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

not fair, everytime i refresh, it would add another order when i clearly ordered one. so if i refreshed 10 times, then it would add 10 more to my order? this sucks. it makes my face red and itchy, so terrible!

I bought this product, and I also ordered the body scrub, and the scrubber tool (don't know the name of it) and it showed up about a week later, and only the face wash and the body scrub came. so I paid extra for something that didn't even show up. I am 15 years old and once I used it, I have about a couple of pimples, but pretty much my face was clear. but after I used X out for about a week, my face was broken out.. I stopped using this product and now my face if clearing back up a little bit. but not how it was before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

It simply does not work. It's not worth buying. They also hide that they'll charge you every month for 3 months ! I wish I could back to the day I bought this :(

I read the comments and a lot of them are people mad their card was billed for automatic shipping. You can't be mad that YOU didn't read what you ordered. It was very clear to me when I attempted to order. (I didn't because I only wanted to order it once) It's NOT hidden is fine print. It clearly says you will be charged for automatic shipping. You have to click a box agreeing to it. Don't blame someone else for your lack of reading skills.

Honestly broke out so much worse after I started using this product. My skin was clear before I bought it and now my skin is completely covered in zits again. Very disappointed

I called them to get a 30-day supply, & they said it would be there within a week, 4 weeks passed & I NEVER got it. I called them again & they said they were still sending it. Finally, after five weeks of waiting, I got a 90-day supply. I asked For a 30-day supply plus I got a call from my bank & my debit card was maxed out?? I traced down where my money went and it went to X Out. I called X Out and I tried to cancel my subscription, the lady said it was all done. After using the product a month, the product didn't work AT ALL. & the next month, I was still charged! Unbelievable!! I ended up canceling my card because of them. Its a total rip off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND SERVICE AT ALL.
