I HATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SOOOOO BAD
I called them to cancel my products, they told me that my products will be cancelled within 3 days and that I have nothing to worry about. They said they'll send me a confirmation in email that it'll be cancelled. 3 days later, the email said the purchase went through and the product is sent. I tried calling them for the last couple of days and still "TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES". Their customer service is real bad. I hate them soooo much.

X-Out just wants your money
When I first got acne it was like I was being completely deprived of my self confidence. I was desperate for something to cure it quickly, like Magic. I saw a commercial for X-Out and $20.00 later I was using it for the first time. At first, I definitely believed that it would work just as the company said it would. I thought that it would undoubtably clear up my skin in a couple of weeks. It didn't do that. It dried up my skin like crazy and it was a huge waste of money. I finally did my research into more natural ways of treating acne. I'm drinking 91 ounces of water every day and THAT is working. I've also cut out dairy and am currently seeing how that's affecting me. I really think that's working as well. The results with drinking water are as fast as X-Out said their results would be... if not quicker. Water flushes out the toxins in your body. Toxins are a huge cause of acne and breaking out in general. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to me! This is coming straight from another acne sufferer and not a multi-million dollar company. LOOK INTO NATURAL SOLUTIONS!!! I seriously believe that X-out does not work and neither do any other topical acne treatments. All they want is your money, not to clear your skin and make you happy.

Aweful
I'm 15 and have very oily skin and I have used the treatment for 4 months now. My face has broken out much more they warn you but it is supposed to get better unfortunately it did not. My mom has been paying for the overly priced product and it is terrible i would NEVER recommend it.

Buyer Beware
The product works no better than any other over the counter product containing benzoyl peroxide. The worst part is they charge you $30 for the first container then they automatically send you a 3-month supply bottle and charge you (3) payments of $30 AFTER they sent it to you. Even if you want to cancel at that point you're already on the hook for $60 more! Just another way to scam/trick the consumer into sending them more money. (Understood they tell you in the fine print and it is the buyers fault for not reading completely however you would think they could find a more open and honest way to bill people.) It just proves their product doesn't work or they wouldn't have to do things like that!

Crooks
Worst ever. You keep charging me when I cancelled in March. I have phone records to prove this. I have called three times and told this would be handled and it is not. I have not received the said product I was told I would need to send back first to get a refund. Rather than give my refund you charged me 4 more times and refuse to give me my money back. I'm in the process of disputing the charges and have had to cancel my credit card. You guys are as crooked as they come and I will tell everyone online and people I know. I should get every one of these complaints together and contact a lawyer for a class action suit since there are so many of the same complaints of your company screwing people.

Too potent for everyday use. It's a spot treatment at best.
Daily use of Benzoyl Peroxide, even at concentrations lower than 8%, will clear your skin but will also cause your face to dry out, crack and possibly even bleed. What good is clear skin then? Take it from a 30 year old woman who finally cleared up her cystic acne at the age of 27 all on her own: Buy a cheap foaming wash with 2% Salicylic Acid, medicated pads (like Stridex) with 2% Salicylic acid, and a tube of 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream. Use the cleanser twice a day and the pads once a day for the first two weeks and then use both twice a day thereafter. Your face will be dry for a couple of weeks, but not unbearably so. You need to use the pads every day for at least a few months. After that, you can experiment. Everyone is different. Use the Benzoyl Peroxide cream as a spot treatment only and do not leave it on for more than a couple hours at a time. Just wipe it off with a cotton ball soaked in cold water after a while. Do not leave Benzoyl Peroxide on your face overnight. Even if you are lucky enough not to suffer visible damage, it's there.

Highly annoyed
So I'm 17, just got this product a few days ago and used it once yesterday and once today. I have never had bad acne and someone just gave me this as a random gift sort of, and I thought, hey I'll try it. But the past week I've gotten a few pimples more than I would so I was thinking maybe this would take care of it. The first day I just used the wash and felt a slight burning sensation in my face. I've never needed strong acne treatments so I thought it was just my face needing to get used to it. Today I tried using the mask method, and a few minutes in, my face started to burn very badly. After I rinsed it off, my skin began to peel and I had very random shiny spots all over my face. Two days isn't enough for me to see results or not but I do not want to continue use of this if it's going to be like that every use. I'm wondering if it's just me or has anyone else experienced what I described?

Worst Company Ever to deal with
I ordered a $19.95 offer from them and for some reason they used my same card and rebilled me for another month for $29.95 and I did not even receive the second order. When I contacted the company and I told them that i dont like the product and I want a refund, they said that your second order is on the way just go ahead and return it back to us and we will refund the money back in your account. they had sent me prepaid labels so I went ahead and returned the product back. I waited for a refund for a month but nothing came in my account, I called customer service and they said that we have not received anything back and that they will not return my money. I asked them to use the tracking from the shipping labels they mailed out to me, they said they dont track their returns, they simply send out return labels. Never received a refund and instead got another bill from them for $59.00 asking me to pay it. Dont buy this product, it does not work and if you give them your card number then you will be billed over and over again.

No!
Guys, it's been proven that you only need 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Don't order this, the ordering system is funky and the product has an unnecessary amount of medicine. That much can make your face red amongst other things even though it will clear up your skin.
