Pros:

feels nice, like its working

Cons:

dont know yet

IVe used it for a week, full strength a few x, half strength a few x, its healed a few single spots but overall hasnt done too much yet, like how people say it makes dry skin better. mine has been flaking a little. ive only used it at night. I wanted it to even out my old red acne marks, its helped a bit with that. maybe itll work better and better soon...

Pros:

I've been using it for 1 week and already i see great results! The red scars are decreasing and no new breakouts have been formed

Cons:

It smells bad for a bit, and smells up the room.

Give it a try. I use it a couple times a day when i wake up, before a shower and when i go to bed, and i can't complain with the results i have seen.

Pros:

Helps to fade red marks, improves feeling of skin

Cons:

Smells like sweaty socks?

I initially tried this as a spot treatment, massaging for 1-2 minutes on affected areas. I initially noticed some redness, but it was nothing too major and showed me that the product was at least doing something to my skin. I had very good results with this, and now use it full strength as a toner. Initially, with the red marks I was using it twice a day. Now, however, I just use it at night, since I'm not sure how long the scent lingers, and I'd really hate for someone to think the sour smell of ACV was coming from me! All in all, I'd highly recommend this, especially for the price.

Pros:

Actually does help clear skin, inexpensive, and natural.

Cons:

Smells awful, stings a bit, social stigma, and irritation.

I apply this twice a day, and my problem areas have gotten a lot smoother. I also started drinking it too, so I'm not sure which is more effective. The thing is, I only have breakouts on my forehead and chin, and when I apply this all over, my cheeks get really red and irritated. There's even a really clear line under my eyes where it went. So, I'd really recommend either diluting this (which I'm considering) or just using it on your active breakouts, because it might just irritate the rest. I don't even have sensitive skin, though I am prone to redness. Finally, make sure you get the good stuff. You might save 50 cents on the cheap vinegar, but from what I've seen, it's worth it to go organic. I use Trader Joes, and it's 2.50 for a bottle that will last forever.

Pros:

Works, cheap, and gentle. Works well wit face oils(see below)
Face oils: 1 tbsp of coconut oil, almond oil, & hazelnut oil...then add 20dp of lavender EO, 10 german chamomile EO, 6 Eucalyptus EO. only use 3-5 drops of the blend, soak in for 5 mins

Cons:

Smells like vinegar..ew

I have uubbeerr sensitive skin, an allergy to soy, and a milk intolerance. Which will all break my skin out if I eat them. So im a vegetarian who does not eat soy(lol). Anyway, Ive had acne since I was 11...you would think as i approach my mid 20s things would calm down, ha! I changed my diet from crap (fast food, preservative laced food, ect) to organic healthy food. Then my skin started breakin out WAY more...what the freak?? is what was goin through my mind!! Well a lot of healthy foods have a lot of soy!! Darn my luck. Point..I had about 35-45 pimples at any given moment. What worked(s): -Changed my diet -Exfoliate once a week wit baking soda -Add 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar to my final/last rinse after i wash my face wit black soap -Pat dry, and add my special blend of face oils (yes oils!) Real black soap is soft and has-palm oil, palm kernal oil, coconut oil, plantain skins, cocoa pod ashes. Added 20 drops of Lavender Essential Oil & 20dp Eucalypt

Pros:

Quick and works when other things have not.

Cons:

Undiluted it dries my skin out a small bit and makes it a little itchy.

I've been working out 4 or 5 times a week since the beginning of February and it seems as a result the acne on my back got much much worse. I've had backne of varying severity since I was 16 and have tried soaps and creams but nothing seemed to have an effect. Finally I heard about using vinegar and picked up a half gallon jug of white vinegar and a spray bottle for about 5.00. Its been amazing, I now only have one small cyst on my back and the rest of my zits are gone or healing. Right after I work out I take a real hot shower and let my back rinse for a few minutes then I spray the vinegar on my back and let it sit for 5 minutes or so (usually brush my teeth while it soaks). I rinse it off then wash like normal - that's it. Seems to work best on those nasty white cysts.

Pros:

It works! My skin feels clean and the red marks are definitely starting to fade. Haven't gotten any major pimples since starting (just one or two small ones on my forehead).

Cons:

Nothing, really. The smell isn't the greatest thing (slightly reminiscent of feet), but that goes away after it soaks in.

I've been using it for a week, twice a day as a toner (50% Bragg's ACV and 50% filtered water). Afterwards, I use a 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide cream, and then moisturize with Jojoba oil and Aveeno (and a lighter moisturizer in the morning). My red marks are fading, and my overall complexion is getting better. I still can't believe how affectively this is working... Give it a shot, it's cheap and safe for your skin.

Pros:

Helps to Clear acne over a short timeframe.
Gives a person better face coplextion.
Is really cheap, etc, etc.

Cons:

Others may be able to smell the vinger long after you believe it's gone.
At first makes acne appear to be worst then better.
Dries out skin if used UNDILUTED, leaving possible rahes.

This product is useful when a person cannot afford to purchase thoughs highly overpriced fancy facial scrubs and topical creams. Gets rid of most acne, although NEVER use undiluted or a rash will most likely occur after just a few uses. Works by making your skin slightly drier (by soaking up the Sebum oil of face), killing most bateria that cause acne to develope and nicely removes dead skin cells still on your face leaving for a way better complextion. At first use, this product has sings of improvement all over. Although keep in mind that all acne treatments actually start off making your acne worse then before, this is in order to get rid of the acne not yet visible of the surface of your skin (such as Retiniods or Accutane, etc).
