Pros:

regulated my periods, and increased my chest size.

Cons:

Every time i came off it for a period, it would actually make my acne worse. infact since being on dianette, my acne has not improved at all, and weight gain and depression have been a side effect.

have had to resort to roaccutane treatment, and have been seriously disappointed with the results on dianette.

Pros:

It is free on prescription

Cons:

Side effects are Evil

I stopped taking Dianette after 3 days, I had an extreme stomach upset for 24 hours and could not stop dry retching, my whole body ached, i was exhausted and I could not get warm. I would rather be spotty and hairy than feel like that.
