Pros:

Cleans face
reduces red acne..down to little bumps at least

Cons:

Not good for oily skin..PERIOD
doesnt remove acne but makes it less noticable
Drying for my cheeks
Weird feeling on my face.

Im in my teens and after trying several neutrogena products, I have found that this is definately a big fat NO. This makes my combination skin more oily which is quite embarassing (T-zone only), dries my cheeks because it is too harsh, and it feels like a roller of wax just went over my face after washing with this. It doesn't give that clean feeling but was successful in removing my stubborn makeup so I guess it does clean? On the bright side, it made a red bump reduce to a skin colored littler bump but wasnt successful enough to completely clear it up. Everyone, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

Pros:

-Helped with oil at first

Cons:

-Dries skin up severely
-Too many chemicals
-Hard to wash off

I can't give it a 1, only because it did help a bit with the oil at first and it might have helped with the acne... maybe. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this product. Look elsewhere for your daily wash.

Pros:

affordable

Cons:

severely dried my skin, didn't improve my acne at all

This product didn't work for me. When I used it, I had to follow up with a moisturizer because of how dry my skin was afterward.

Pros:

It DOES help with oily skin, but too much. It got rid of the acne on my nose

Cons:

I got a HORRIBLE rash on either sides of my nose. Itches like crazy. Makes skin flaky

Buy this only if you want to get rid of oily skin. DOES NOT help with acne

Pros:

none

Cons:

drying, doesnt do anything to acne other than make it worse

I've always thought I've had oily skin, but apperently I dont. After using this for about a week with no changes in my skin, my face started flaking a TON, just causing even more breakouts. I ket on using this for about a week, thinking that dryness was only a short term side affect. Well, boy was I wrong- my face got worse. I'll never use this again.

Pros:

It made my skin feel clean right after use.

Cons:

After just a few uses, my skin was extremely dried out and breaking out like never before.

This is awful an I wish I could get my money back.

dont get ;/
I personally have an oily t-zone and chin with dry cheeks and i get breakouts. I don't get any acne. i have oily/combination skin and i found that it dried out my skin too much and made me breakout more. it dried out my cheeks and made my skin tight while overcleaning my t zone and causing more problems than it fixed. not recommended for dry or oily skin.

Do not buy

Cons:

Reddens skin
Irritating
Expensive

First time I used it, it caused all my blemishes to get red, irritated, and itchy. It was on sale so fortunately I didn't pay as much as others did, but I'm sad because it's still a waste. Bought it on a whim and realized after that I should've checked the reviews. Never making that mistake again. Also think I'm allergic because it's made my skin itchy all over.

Pros:

Worked for the first week
Helped balance out my oily skin
Felt nice on skin

Cons:

Stopped working after the first week
Made my light acne into moderately severe
Still recovering from the reaction to it
Smells a little odd but you get use to it
Even though it dried up my face it also made my hands way too dry and cracky that I had to use lotion which I never had to do before.

The first week I used it, I thought it was great since it dried out my skin to the point where I wouldn't have to worry about having an oily looking face but after that it went downhill and made me breakout horribly. I wouldn't recommend this product since it made me break out so much that people were asking me what happened to my face. I gave it another chance a month or so later and had the same reaction.

Pros:

Decent Ingredients (other than Salicylic Acid)

Cons:

Too Messy
Irritated Skin, leading to more breakouts
Doesn't prevent new acne from developing

You have to experiment. I realized that Salicylic Acid doesn't help my face, so the cleanser was of little benefit.
