Moisturizer problem complain
First I've use this product for four day and I feel like wow my skin got better but somehow it constantly feel itchy and a bit allergic. I think I have to stop using this moisturizer and try another product instead. I have read so many review about this product and found that it's great quality in the past. But now seem everyone have the same problem as mine.

Really good
Not sure why no one likes this stuff. Maybe my skin is weird, but this is the best moisturizer I've ever used. It sinks right in and actually moisturizes. I use the rest of the regimen as well but was never really clear until I added this moisturizer. I almost didn't buy it because it reviewed badly, so I'm really glad I tried it. My skin is between normal oiliness and slightly oily, acne prone, and very sensitive, for reference.

Nope! Try the Glycolic acid
It stings awful and I thought it was normal, but it also doesn't really moisturize! I was happy with cleanser and peroxide but decided to try the Glycolic Acid moisturizer instead: day and night! It actually works. I decided to give this one another try since I had a whole bottle left - NOPE! Still stings like hell - threw it out! Right now, I use acne cleanser, peroxide, Glycolic acid moisturizer (works great) + 2-4 capsules of 500mg of Panthothenic Acid. I still have occasional break outs BUT considering how bad it was, I consider this a miracle. All of my friends tactfully notice that my skin has gotten so much better, although I still have all the scars! I'm working on it now but at least there is some light at the end of the tunnel! Good luck!

Hi, you should be careful using the Glycolic moisturizer in the daytime. It attracts the UV rays to your face, and then deactivates in the sunlight. It will only make your face get hyper-burned. I only used it at night three nights a week. Although, had to stop the whole regime lately...

WARNING
Just a quick warning for anyone that is thinking about purchasing this product....it contains oil. Jojoba oil that is. IN MY EXPERIENCE.. this oil clogged the hell out of my pores (although it claims not to....) I was getting small bumps and white heads on areas I have NOT gotten acne in years! Also, I had one huge cystic pimple on my cheek which is very ODD because I have taken Accutane and haven't gotten one cystic pimple in the past 3 years..... I was SO afraid that this product was going to give me cystic acne again but thankfully I stopped using it. My skin is slowly going back to normal (because I now use Clean & Clear) although I still have some scars. This lotion is horrible for my skin I will never use it again. Also, a lot of people said that this product dried out on their skin very quick but I experienced the opposite. This lotion was so oily on me (very moisturized) to the point where my foundation would move around and not set on my face. Nothing happened in coincidence...this lotion does clog and caused a nightmare on my face. If anyone DOES plan on trying it out...buy yourself the travel size before wasting your money and test the product for a good two weeks. Sometimes I feel like they purposely do this so it counteracts with the Benzoyl Peroxide which makes us keep using both and relying on both...just my thoughts.

Pros:

Lightweight
Fast-absorbing

Cons:

Yellow-ish/brownish stain residue (biggest problem)

Need to reapply multiple times, not very moisturizing

I really have a love and hate relationship with this product. I love how lightweight it is and how it feels like water on my skin once absorbed (it absorbs pretty fast), but I absolutely HATE how my skin looks afterwards. The yellow/brown stain is horrible, and while my skin glows from using the regimen cleanser and treatment and from the after effects of AHA used the night before, the moisturizer covers it all up with the staining (I'm following the regimen to the letter). My sincere wish is to see this product work. I'd like to see the absence of the staining and a little more moisturizing power. I honestly think that the product is amazing in terms of price and the amount that we receive. No product on the market shelves have please me so far because they are too thick or too small in quantity (thus expensive). I really hope Dan re-develops this product! The Regimen has saved me and I can never go back to any other acne cure again, I just wish that this moisturizer can be re-developed so that I can continue to support Dan's products.

Pros:

Light
Moisturizes well
Prevents flaking
Doesn't cause new pimples
Goes on well under makeup

Cons:

Takes awhile to absorb into skin
Stains yellow
Leaves skin a little greasy feeling
No SPF

This is my favorite moisturizer that I have found so far. I really like the lightness and the fragrance. I use it after using Dan's BP which is extremely drying but this moisturizer hydrates my skin really well and prevents flaking. It works really well under my makeup because it absorbs into the skin instead of just staying on top of it. I use 2 full pumps which may be why it takes so long to absorb into my skin. I usually takes over 20 minutes for it to fully absorb which doesn't seem that long but when I'm rushing to get ready in the morning or waiting to go to bed at night, it seems like forever. My skin does look and feel a little greasy but I prefer that over dry skin. It has stained my sheets yellow but that doesn't bother me too much. Overall I love this moisturizer. I just wish it had SPF!

Pros:

Doesn't break me out.
Dries okay fast
I'm very allergic to everything (perfume, parabens etc.) but not this!

Cons:

leaves my skin looking yellow-ish (sometimes)
DOESN'T MOISTURIZE MY SKIN ENOUGH!!
Didn't even help with JOJOBA-oil.. Dissapointing, but it was better then having no moisturizer at all or one that broke my skin out..

No go for me but I bet it works for some.. or maybe I just use to much benzoyl peroxide.. I'm cutting down but it still doesn't work as well as Alba's with green tea and aloe..

Pros:

none

Cons:

skin reaction, color, scent, texture

I was an ardent user and fan of the old moisturizer. I can't even use the new one. It leaves my skin flaky and I seem to have an allergic reaction of some sort, as it irritates my skin and turns it all red. It also doesn't go on as easily as the old formula (requires more finger pressure). The lighter pressure of the old formula meant less irritation. I'm left searching for a new product unless they bring back the old formula. :(

Pros:

- Does not leave skin as shiny as the old formula
- Feels less greasy when used with Dan's BP than the old formula
- Doesn't have the weird cinnamon smell the old formula had

Cons:

- Not moisturizing enough. My skin has been basically perfect for four years, and making the switch to this from the old formula has ended that. The skin around my mouth is dry to the point where when I smile, it almost cracks.
- Burns on application and causes redness
- Need to use a lot for it to do anything. I could use two pumps of the old formula and be good all day; with this I use three pumps in the morning, plus jojoba oil, and still need to use more throughout the day.

Huge disappointment. It may be fine if you are in a humid climate; I'm not, so I don't know. I am in air-conditioned rooms all day, so the air is cool and dry, and this moisturizer just isn't up to the task. It leaves my skin cracked, flaking, red, and burning. From a veteran Regimen follower and guy who truly respects Dan for the work he has done for us: avoid this product.
