Don't do it.
I'd put zero stars if it'd let me but a rating was required. Do not put this on your face as a toner, wash or even a tiny bit at all. Go another route. It might make help pimples but it causes SCARS so it's so even not worth it a teeny tiny bit. Ice picks and indents where you didn't even pick you'll notice those scars months later. Do not be swayed or deceived by the 4.3 stars on this site, next to this product, as of the date I'm posting this review. Most of the positive reviews are YEARS old. Also think my face chemistry might be permanently messed up cause now I break out when I put sunscreen on my face. I need help with scar treatments now and I don't have money. I know there's bigger problems out there but I'm very sad.

it causes more breakouts
No i don't recommend this.. I got more acne, so i stopped using it.. If u want to try it choose an area of ur face where u don't usually breakout and apply it for 3 continues days, if u won't get acne u can use it for the rest of ur face.. And yeah regarding the bleaching effect, definitely it lightened me up but i feel it's useless to get brighter skin with pimples everywhere !!!! for people without acne, I think it might work for them.. P.s: skin type: oily / very sensitive skin type with some rosacea bumps appearing after using somthing not suitable for me..

Hydrogen Peroxide
Very harsh chemical. Wouldn't recommend it for sensitive skin. I tried it and it made my scarring worse.

Not for sensitive skin

Pros:

Disinfects skin?

Cons:

Dried out skin
Burns
Made spots and cuts persist longer

It dried out my skin sooooo badly and it didn't help any of my existing acne go away. If anything, it made the spots persist longer and any open wounds I had too. Gave me small flesh bumps along my cheeks and jawline. I discontinued over two weeks ago and my skin has gotten ALOT better.

Please do not use this. It is not made to be used on the face. It helped at first, but then caused a severe breakout due to the irritation.

I started using this due to these reviews but I will probably stop after I read this from Beautypedia. It doesn't seem to be worth the risk. I just thought I'd share this for full knowledge. There is a great deal of current research showing that hydrogen peroxide is problematic as a topical disinfectant because it can greatly reduce the production of healthy new skin cells (Source: Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, September 2001, pages 675'687). Hydrogen peroxide is also a strong oxidizing agent, meaning that it generates free-radical damage. While it can function as a disinfectant, the cumulative problems that can stem from impacting the skin with a substance that is known to generate free-radical damage, impair the skin's healing process, cause cellular destruction, and reduce optimal cell functioning are serious enough that it is better to avoid its use (Sources: Carcinogenesis, March 2002, pages 469'475; Anticancer Research, July'August 2001, pages 2719'2724; and Cellular and Molecular Biology, April 2007, pages 1'2).

Pros:

Don't ever put this stuff on your face. Ever. It will take a small pimple and turn it into a huge sore

Pros:

It has helped others

Cons:

Made my facial and chest acne much worse

I should've known not to try it, because my acne does not do well with benzoyl peroxide, but i figured i already had it and with all the glowing reviews it wouldn't hurt to try. however, within a week my face was all broken out (even my forehead and eyebrow region which is definitely unusual). I had also tried it on the two really small pimples on my chest and a week later my whole chest has broken out in more pimples. I know it's not a purging stage because I've gone through so many purging stages and this just looked like my acne getting worse. I discountinued use and my face is already much better in one day. However, i still recommend trying it since it's worked for so many people. But if you don't do well with benzoyl peroxide, i'd probably stay away from it.

Pros:

NONE

Cons:

DON'T Use Hydrogen Peroxide: Who doesn't love those little bubbles that froth up over a cut when it's swabbed with hydrogen peroxide? The bad news is that while the solution cleans, it also destroys new skin cells that immediately begin to grow when you hurt yourself. This slows down the healing process and gives scars a greater chance of forming.

DONT USE!unless you want horrible scars

Pros:

DRIES IT OUT

Cons:

SCARS THAT NEVER GO AWAY

DO NOTUSE ON YOUR FACE....CAUSES SCARRING. HARD LESSON LEARNED THROUGH EXPERIENCE. TRY PUTTING "HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND SCARRING" ON GOOGLE AND CHECK IT OUT IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME!!!!!!!
