Nice
This mask can be a mess and a hassle sometimes. The results don't last too long, but it's just a nice alternative. Nice to do once in a while.

No acne affects...yet

Pros:

tightens skin
smoothes

Cons:

tightness can be uncomfortable

I had heard that egg whites can tighten your skin and after I had tried it, I heard that it shrinks pores, which makes sense. It defiantly tightens your skin! As a side effect I found it also softens & smooths it out as well. Perhaps it removed some white or blackheads but I didn't have any acne to remove so I can't testify it did anything on that. I have fairly even toned skin and was just as happy that it made my pores shrink. Didn't notice any flaking as others have mentioned.

Pros:

+Tightens pores
+Reduces Redness
+Affordable (hopefully for all)
++Natural product (NO CHEMICALS or FRAGRANCE!!)
+Really works

Cons:

-Feels funny at first if you don't have an open mind

After leaving this "mask" on for 30 minutes the my pores were minimized and my redness was next to none after FIRST TIME USE. Now that's almost instant gratification. You may develop a zit or two after your first few applications because of your pores purging. But those one or two pop ups are worth the look and feel of my skin after words. I do follow this with jojoba oil, which has done wonders to my overall complexion and glow. (Keep in mind I have combination skin & live in a dry climate, if the oil is too much do follow with a light moisturizer.) Honestly give this a try at least once! After you get past the fact that your putting egg on your face, you realize it's cheap and possibly bringing you closer to healthier skin.

Pros:

I actually love the feeling of the egg white making my skin so tight and immobilised =)

Cons:

none really..

A easy-to-get mask from home that also works. I've had acne before, and now I've bascially got really little after going on special creme prescribed by the doctor. BUT there was still much scarring left from my acne and my pores were biggerr because the cream is really strong. Bascially the egg white works fantastic on tightening my pores, reducing oil and absolutely great on minimising my scars-pretty instant too. (i've only used it twice so far). However, like most products, its NOT a miracle worker on acne itself, but it definately didn't make my acne worse, and maybe it was just me, but they did seem less red and "blotchy". My pimples reduced as well. Bascially this worked best for my scars which haven't disppeared for months.

Pros:

Soft, tightened skin. Reduces redness, moderately for larger irritations, and completely for mild areas. Cheap, easy.

Cons:

Can be messy, but not too bad. (I did not smell anything, like other people have talked about.) Can't move your face very much while mask is on.

I have only used this once, and I already see a difference. (Not in worse spots, but in redness in general and less blemish.) I am a skeptical person, but I decided to give this a shot. It's cheap, easy, and makes your skin feel refreshed and new.

Pros:

Tightens skin, shrinks pores, cleans pores

Cons:

Preparation time

I went on the advice of another Acne.org reviewer and created a homemade pore strip using nothing but egg whites and some toilet paper, and I'm extremely impressed. All you have to do is dab some egg on your face and then place one or two sheets of toilet paper (or a napkin) on top, followed by a second coating of egg white on top of the toilet paper. After several minutes the egg whites dry up and turn into an adhesive that makes the toilet paper stick to your face and grab onto the gunk in your pores. All that's left to do at that point is gently peel off the strip and be disgusted at the little bits of junk that had been clogging up your face. It's the perfect substitute for those pricey Biore strips, especially when you consider that one egg can make several pore strips.

Pros:

soothes inlammation, smooths skin, tightens pores

Cons:

non yet! :]

It's great! It's natural and it works! Just dab it onto the spot and wait for 20 minutes. It's well worth the wait!
