Pros:

Seems to work so far. Although it is expensive, there are discounts and cards that reduce the price greatly.

Cons:

Accelerates break outs, but it might be worth it. Some dryness and peeling, but my skin's always been dry, so it's nothing I can't handle.

I've had Ziana in my possession for about a month. I was afraid to use it because of some of the bad review I had read about it. But I've been so degraded by the breakouts I was having that I gave in and decided to give it a shot. I've only been using it for about a week. What I've noticed it is that I am still breaking out, actually I've been getting more pimples than less. HOWEVER, the pimples themselves are not becoming red or painful, which is what normally occurs for me. While I've been breaking out more, the usual appearance of them has been minimized greatly. I can live with that. It was the huge, glaringly obvious ones that made me want to cry and never want to go out. I'm hoping that the reason I'm getting more pimples is because the Ziana is pushing all the bacteria and stuff that causes acne to the surface. Therefore, in a way purging my skin of the "bad stuff". This is only week one, so I'll update this in about a week.

Pros:

Helps reduce redness of old acne scars, no smell, dries fast, easy to use

Cons:

None so far...

I've only been using this gel for about a week. From what I can see it did dry out the area around some of my pimples but if you apply a facial lotion at night before the gel it helps A LOT. It does a good job fading previous scars as well. I haven't gotten any new pimples in my normal breakout areas either. However, it does seem to take time getting rid of those painful cystic pimples I'm prone to, but as long as it prevents new ones from forming thats fine by me! My only concern is price since I'm using samples the doctor gave me until I run out and have to fill the prescription but they also gave me a discount card.

Clears up skin fast and makes skin smooth and even. I get great results .. I use it every night and also take spirolactone daily 25mg

MY DOCTOR GAVE ME A CARD TO ACTIVATE & USE AS A SECOND INS. AND IT ONLY COST ME $ 25.00

Cons:

DRYS SKIN JUST A LITTLE

I'm 43 years old and I have to take medicine ..... one of the side effects is acne. I had to go see a dermatologist. He put me on Solodyn for 6 weeks and I went back to see him. I seen a big improvement. At this point , he gave me another precripition of Solodyn and Ziana. I starting applying the Ziana right away and I have seen a difference in just a week. It's been 1 month and the brusing (from squeezing) are fading away each day. MY face is almost back to normal and I'm very happy !!!!! I encourage you to use this medication it works wonders and I hope my testimony can help others.

Pros:

Doesn't take much to do the job and doesn't smell or leave residue.

Cons:

Pricey if you don't have insurance. Dry skin!

This is a great product to use. I already have sensitive skin so I was expecting dryness. At first I tried to use more than the recommended amount. Don't do this!! It will make your skin very very dry. After my skin got used to it, with some moisturizer I was fine. Took about a week but am seeing a difference now. My skin when it does break out they clear up very fast and the marks are more minimal now. Definitely takes some time to see a major difference though. Worth it to wait it out. I am on this with doxycycline.

Pros:

I am using Ziana at night and Aczone in the morning. The inflamation was gone almost immediatly but the reviews make me think it is more due to Aczone. I have had great results

Cons:

Dry skin

I am desperate and sticking it out. I saw the immediate results but after five weeks now, my skin has had a break out. I hope this is just the normal routine that everyone else is experiencing.

Pros:

This REALLY works; it's AMAZING!!! It clears up acne, makes your skin smooth, and is so easy to use.

Cons:

Very expensive, but it is definitely worth it.

This stuff is AMAZING!!! I have been using ziana for almost 3months now. Nothing that I've ever used has worked before, and I've tried everything (yes, even proactiv). I confess that when I first started using ziana, I did not see results right away. After the first month, I really noticed the difference. My skin is so smooth, and I have not had REAL breakouts since I started using it. Although I don't have any more acne, I do have reddish-pinkish spots close to where the acne was, but they are disappearing slowly on their own. My dermatologist says that in a few months, my skin should be back to normal. Remember that you might not see results right away, but hang in there, because it works!!
