Pros:

Works really well and clears up acne by a lot. Also gets rid of some of the acne scars

Cons:

Really dry skin, but you can get rid of that with a good moisteriser and scrub.

I tryed a lot of different products for my skin but got no good results, and with this my face has been clearing up a lot and my friends that have used this don't get breakouts or pimples anymore. Really good.

Pros:

- Will make your skin smooth. - Will NOT make you break out.
- Will dramatically improve hyperpigmentation. - Prevents future breakouts. - Continual use = what acne?!

Cons:

- May cause diarrhea after the first application due to clindamycin. (But trust me, well worth it.)
- May dry out most affected areas. (More like a little fuzz dry.)

I've been using this product for a week and I have seen dramatic changes in my skin! I've tried EVERYTHING, from OTC products to expensive medical skin clinics like Calidora Skin Clinic, where harsh peels and cleansers were used and I've spent at least $2500... The bottom line is that this product actually works. It may cause a little peeling, but honestly it has made the texture of my skin smooth to the touch and I haven't had a breakout since I've started using this amazing product. It works, it works, it works!!!!!!!!!! My recommendation is to use this in conjunction with a mild fragrence-free cleanser and a non-comedogenic SPF lotion during the day.

Pros:

Clears up skin fast! Little drying and once a day application doesn't interfere with my schedule

Cons:

A little expensive

I never had to struggle with acne aside from the occasional pimple. So it was extremely upsetting when I suddenly broke out all over my forehead and on random spots on my face like my cheek or chin. I didn't know how to react and at 19 I thought acne was something I just wasn't going to deal with. I immediately saw a dermatologist and she gave me some samples of Duac. It's been working great- my skin looks like how it used to! She said it would take about a month but I've been on it for two weeks and it looks so clear, all of my friends are happy to see my skin back. I highly recommend it!!

Pros:

I have used Benzclin for 3 months and I have seen positive results. I am 30 never had acne before, and for some reason I am dealing with acne now! Definetly works when you use it regularly, for moderate acne.

Cons:

Causes dry, flaky skin in the beginning. Stinging of skin has occured. It took a month for my skin to get used to it, then drying/stinging effects went away.

The bottom line is...Benzaclin definetly works when used regularly! It does dry out the skin for awhile, but my side effects went away and I have seen positive results! For me, it took 3 weeks to see some results. The combination of Clindamycin and Bezoyl Peroxide seems to work better than using the two seperately. A moisutrizer is needed when using this topical medication. Other than that, I am completely satisified with this acne medication!

Pros:

Clears up acne on forehead perfectly, with no drying effects - gets to work here within 3 days.

Cons:

On my other problem area - the jawline & chin it is very drying, probably because skin here is a lot more sensitive.
Does not work on body acne

Free in the UK on perscription, not good for senstive areas of skin or the body.

Pros:

Has been the one treatment that has cleared my acne the best.
Dries quick and I only spend $15 every 3 months on it!

Cons:

My face is RED and I don't even apply is everywhere.
It has bleached my shirts and gotten on my pillow case.
Dries skin out but worse of all is redness so after multiple comments I stopping it and finding something else (My skin is very fair)

It works for some people's acne. Other people will find more negatives than positives. Try it, it won't break your bank account.
