Cons:

A little burn and face gets hard. And price is 20 bucks.

Use it if you're desperate

Pros:

I noticed a significant reduction in breakouts within about one week of using Duac. I didnt find the smell offensive and I found it affordable (roughly £7 on British NHS scheme)

Cons:

If I miss an aplication I notice more spots the next day!

After over 10 years of mild-moderate acne (mainly around my jawline and lower cheeks) I felt I had tried everything (lots of topical treatments, oral antibiotics, and various contraceptives) I went to see my doctor with the aim of trying Roaccutane (a last resort!). When he prescribed another lotion I was disapointed but gave it a whirl anyway. I am very pleased to say that Duac has been very effective. My breakouts have been reduced by around 70%. I really felt my confidence was at an all time low...and this treatment has really changed things. I am not completely spot free, but like many other acne sufferers I have accepted I probably never will be. However I would recomend this treatment for anyone like myself who doesnt want to jeopardise their health by constantly taking pills.

Pros:

Works Fast, Gets rid of mild-moderate acne

Cons:

Facial redness in some people, a little dryness for the first month.

Best product i have ever used, and I've used at least over 30 over the counter products. COMPLETELY Cleared my moderate-sever acne in about 4 months. I'm still using it after about a year, still works great, i get a pimple here and there once a week or so when im stressed, nothing noticable. I was at first applying it 2 times a day but i dropped it down to once a night over time. Overall: Amazing Product; Worked wonders for my moderate - severe acne

Pros:

Really works! face feels nice and tight, pimples dry up fast. Free as samples from derm :)

Cons:

First couple of dayswere okay, but after that my face started getting dry and very irritated and started burning. Went away after a couple days, and irritation is starting to stop too.

I've been using it with Tazorac, Duac in the morning Tazorac at night... with 100mg Doryx a day, washing with Anexus scrub before application... also drinking this weird Acai juice stuff, 20oz twice a day. LOVE IT!

Works well for me
This is my go to product. Its worked really well but I also follow a schedule or regimen daily which I never skip. I allpy this at night . First i start by cleansing with Bioderma Sensibo H20, then i apply this gel avoiding eyes and nose. Wait for it To dry and go to bed. The next morning I clean with bioderma again then apply my sunscreen. This did work for me. I tried everything else been a mission for 10 years. For me this is all that works , I also keep my carb intake to a bare minimum.

Amazing

Pros:

Cleared blackheads
Cleared most pimples
Worked amazing overall at clearing acne

Cons:

Dryness
Itchiness
Redness

This gel was by far the best thing that ever worked on my acne. I wish I could've kept using it but it was no longer available to me. The only problem I had, that was my own fault, was extremely sensitive skin after overusing the product. You HAVE TO work your way into using more. DO NOT go overboard right away or will have extremely irritated skin. I did not use sunscreen while using this product and suffered blisters after spending a day outside. BAD IDEA. So just make sure to moisturize and use SPF like an Albino. Stick to a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil.

Wow works wonders

Pros:

Acne free skin
Clear glowing skin

Cons:

None

I didn't expect this gel to work this fast but in just over 7 days I have perfectly clear acne free skin, with a combination of drinking 2 litres of water, 1 litre of lemon mixed with water and limiting dairy and also taking cezarette mini pills my skins never looked better, I think out all of these when I started using the gel which was last of these it's worked to clear my forehead and cheeks of acne and even though I started eating a bit more junk food lately it's still controlled it so well. So happy

Benzaclin works; you should try it!

Pros:

Kills acne

Cons:

May be painfully drying in the beginning

I have been using benzaclin for two years. It has gotten rid of my small whitehead infestation. I use it twice a day; once in the AM and once at bedtime. The first three weeks my skin was sooo dry. But after those first three weeks, my skin adjusted to the medication and now my skin is clear and smooth.
