Pros:

Got rid of the slimy dead skin/ dry little flakes my skin would have at the end of the day. I bought it on impulse while my arms were breaking out two years ago (cured that problem quickly!). I even used it while on accutane and never had sensitivity/ peeling issues. Doesn't irritate open sores the way a facecloth or hands would.

Cons:

Price. Doesn't necessarily cure acne (although mine seemed to laugh at Accutane after two short months of completing treatment, so maybe I'm just special--). Might be hard to keep clean.

In all, I give it 5 starts because I feel it really gets my skin clean in a way that doesn't involve harsh detergents. I can use mild cleansers and still feel like the dead skin cells are being removed, I don't get the same amount of blackheads anymore. It gently cleans acne scabs, dry skin flakes, etc. It even has a mild massaging sensation while I use it. It's GREAT to use over places where you happen to shave, I imagine it would help a guy with ingrown beard hair, for example.

Pros:

Works well on evening skin tone and getting rid of milia.

Allows better absorption of facial products

Cons:

Expensive price for a skin care brush but it is cheaper than going to a spa everyday.

I used to have moderate acne with milia so my skin was uneven, blotchy and scarred. My dermatologist recommended that I go a Differin treatment and use the clarisonic skin care brush; which has dramatically improved my skin. The clarisonic works well to absorb my facial products and allows me to get a better cleansing without being too rough on my face. Clarisonic is so easy to use my two sisters even ordered ones for themselves. It is a bit pricey though so look for sales on their regular website.

Pros:

Cleans my skin incredibly well & makes it so soft. Reduced my acne by 75%!

Cons:

None!

I purchased this because I wanted to try something different then just changing products. It's the best decision I've ever made. My acne is not completely gone but it's reduced by at least 75%! Now that is what i call magic. And when I get new pimple they don't hang around for nearly as long. It's an absolute fantastic product I would recommend to everyone.

Pros:

This thing cleans pores like nothing I've ever used. It hasn't worsened my skin sensitivity or redness due to rosacea. I have far fewer blackheads now and my pores are much less clogged and inflamed. Easy to use.

Cons:

Expensive, but a better deal than facials, treatments, dermatologist visits, so this is not really a con. Make sure to follow the directions, tho!

I want to kiss the people who invented this thing. I've had rosacea and darkened, enlarged, clogged pores for decades (I'm now 35, but this has been going on since I was 15 or so) and I was very skeptical about the Clarisonic. Now I can honestly say my face is looking better than it has in years. My doc says nothing will physically "shrink" pores, but this thing really massages out the gunk so they are less noticeable. The key is to start slowly adding it to your routine. I do it twice a day now, but I imagine that once a day might be fine for most people. Do not press it into your skin. Be very gentle with it and, if you have sensitive skin like me, use the Delicate brush, not the Sensitive one it comes with. Try a mild, non-soap cleanser like Cerave (Cetaphil doesn't agree with me) or a cleansing oil like Nude, DHC, or Shu Umera. I never use abrasive cleansers/exfoliants/soaps and I think this has helped. The Clarisonic does all the work for you and it's absolutely brilliant.

Pros:

-Makes your skin feel awesome
-Easy to use
-If your using a topical acne cream like Epiduo, BP, Differin, ect. It will help it absorb better.

Cons:

-Not cheap
-Cleansers it comes with are not that great (I recommend using Cerave hydrating cleanser)

If you have the money to purchase this item, buy it, especially if your already using a cleanser manualy. Totally worth it. I've always been using Cerave cleanser and Epiduo which was working well for me but as soon as I started using this two weeks ago I have only got one or two breakouts. You can purchase different brush heads and it has speed setting for people with sensitive to rough skin. Also if you get a Plus or Pro model you can attach a special head to use on your skin. I bought a pro model off of ebay for a reasonable 150$'s.

Pros:

Cleared up skin, shrunk pores, squeeky clean

Cons:

Does not hold charge for long

I've had acne for years and have tired everything. My skin looked better after about two weeks of using Clarisonic, and is almost completely clear after two months. I use it twice a day with a BP cleanser and I use Tazorac at night. I'm amazed at the results. I only regret that I didn't buy one of these as soon as it came out.

Pros:

Cleans like a dream! Easy and quick to use.

Cons:

Could be too harsh for some users. My skin is dry, but I suppose that's better than the oil slick it once was.

My face is the cleanest it has ever been! I no longer have oily skin, however now it has become a bit dry. Almost all blackheads were gone after 1 month. I have not had 1 breakout since using this. Dark spots from old break outs have almost disappeared. My only issue is that now my skin is a tad dry. I use the "delicate" brush head and Purpose facial cleanser.

Pros:

Cleans face incredibly well, great for removing makeup, allows any topicals (creams, lotions, anti-biotics) to absorb more deeply.

Cons:

Don't press too hard on your face, it will irritate your skin. (The instructions are very clear not to, but I guess some people ignore that.) Honestly, I don't think the price is a con. It is such a quality product.

I love it. My skin feels smooth and soft, it's definitely more consistent. My breakouts disappeared (almost) completely within about 2 weeks. The only thing I am left to deal with are tiny blemishes (probably from my need for makeup) and scarring. This has made a huge difference for me.

Pros:

Smooths out skin, helps fade away certain marks, super easy to use- can use any skin cleanser

Cons:

Expensive! (But yes- SO worth the money!)

Its really worth the money! To be super honest, I would have never considered spending so much money on a product, but my skin feels SO smooth right now! I am totally loving it! Its helping to even out the skin tone in my cheeks too- and some darker marks are clearly fading away! I love this product- and although extremely pricey, its really worth it. I dont know how I survived without it before. Its taken away a lot of the deadskin cells from my face and smoothed it out- my mom is impressed with it too! In regards to acne- my main problem hasnt been that exactly, but i dont know if it really helps with that. Good product- if you can afford it get one.. its really a wonderful product!
